This is one of our best stays ever. The house was in a perfect location, perfectly clean, maintained and with all the things you could need. Besides the place and location being excellent, I am really writing this because owners of this property are incredible people, Elisa and Theologos were just incredible host. They helped us with every single thing we could have needed in the island. I rarely write reviews but this was one of those fantastic experiences and Elisa and Theologos just deserve the highest praise. You won't regret your stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay in Demati! Very warm and elegant house, perfectly equipped with everything you will need! Excellent location, very close to skala. Alexandros was very kind and easy to communicate. 10/10 recommend we will be coming back.

the property is in a great location within a couple of minutes walk from the port area. the room we had was the underground one which is quite unique and stayed very cool in summer. it is semi self-contained with facilities to prepare light meals. the apartment is a rustic style of decoration which is well done (imho) - there is a private area to eat outside the room that is part of the room area. the manager Dmitris was more then helpful and provided recommendations on where to go and what to see etc. also the staff cleaned the room each day.

    The villas are beautiful, exceptionally comfortable, well designed and have unbeatable views across the island. But the real jewel in the crown of this hotel is the restaurant. The breakfast is delicious (unbeatable chia pudding!) and the food is the best we had on the island by a mile. Maria and the team are doing an excellent job, highly recommend.

    The villa is new build, clean and very well equipped. We ( 2 adults + 2 kids), spend a really fantastic holidays here. Besides the nice interior, the biggest plus is the closeness to the beach Groikos. The owner and his partner were very friendly and caring and made us feel truly comfortable as everything we had discussed via emails was there. We have seen many great villas, but this is the first time we really want to re-visit next year. Highly recommend!!
