Magnificent experience at a conveniently located hotel, close to the city and to the sea but away from traffic and noise. It was a perfect choice for us, as we are fond of privacy and quiet environment to relax on our vacation. The hotel is built on a small hill, with respect to the environment and is surrounded by olive trees and gardens. Each villa has its own large pool and a nice secluded garden ensuring privacy and a quiet stay. There is barbecue capability for those that want to cook their own dinner. The villas are fully equipped with the necessary kitchenware, refrigerator, cooking facilities, coffee machine, TVs, hair dryer, iron and even a washing machine. They are thoroughly cleaned daily and staff was very polite, friendly and accommodated all our requests. We visited the restaurant and had cocktails, enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the amazing sea view. The food was excellent, the chef prepares Greek and Mediterranean dishes with a modern touch and an international flavor. We were very pleased by our choice and we will definitely visit again.

Amazing view and great pool area, this place is a perfect spot to stay - very peaceful and quite location surrounded by olive trees - with a lovely and caring host. We have spent an extraordinary week at Olive Bay Villa and leaving this place was not easy.

We absolutely loved our stay in this villa! Everything was perfect!. Every little detail was thought through) the apartments are ideal) beautiful veranda with sea view. The location is universal, cause you can rent a boat near the villa to see all the beauty of the island. Special thanks to the owner, he did everything possible to make sure we were delighted with our stay here. We hope that we will definitely come back again!

simply amazing stay at Pigeon Nest villa. the house is very modern (just recently built) and comes with all necessary amenities including very well equipped kitchen & bathroom, private pool, sunbeds with umbrellas, outside shower, towels for showering / pool / beach etc. the view from the property is amazing, nestled around olive trees and with a beautiful view to the sea, particularly from the upstairs balcony where you can watch a beautiful sunset. The location is very convenient- beach and several nice tavernas just around the corner, but also very centrally located to reach everything around the island (car is required). the hosts live just across the street and were very welcoming & helpful from the start to the end - waiting for us at arrival to show us around, give tips on where to go around the island, provide us with a first “care package”, and checked in on us during the stay (e.g. bringing us fresh towels, asking if we needed new bed sheets, bringing over homemade desert). can only recommend to stay here!

Great place to stay! Beautiful and brand new villa. Very peaceful and quit place, but still just 5 minutes away (by car) from the centre of Tsilivi, where all the restaurants, shops and beach is located. Very friendly & helpful hosts. We could contact them at all times for information about restaurants or excursions. We will come again.

This was a great experience for us! We where 5 adults, 3 generations who booked the house "last minute". From our first message here on booking.com only minutes after the reservation, until we came back home to Norway a week later it was 10 out of 10! Good communication, transport to/from the airport, help during the stay with transport, advices and all we could ask for! The house was really nice with everything we could ask for + the small things that makes it 110% for us. Things like nice showers with pressure on the water and many different spots in the garden with/without sun. We had the posibillty to order from the "local uber" when we wanted to stay at the house at nights, and we could to set up the tv for some norwegian news. The house also have good internet/ac/large pool etc etc! Dennis, his cousin and the nice lady who also took care of the house... amazing peoples who did everything to make our stay as good as it was! AND; The family who owns this house also runs a hotell some minutes from the house. We did not know this before we arrived. We arrived early in the morning, to early to check in at the house, but we could chill by the pool at the hotel until it was ready. We got some drinks and even a meal while we where waiting! They also provided us with hotel standard on the service the whole week at the house. We got housecleaning and new towels as often as we wanted, people we could ask for help with things to do, transportation etc etc. Really extra value for money that everyone should know about when you search for a holiday home in Lovely Zakynthos! This is rare! For the last 15 years we have been renting private houses in Europe and the US, and this stay was top two! Minimum :) Its always something who is missing, right? Not this time, so as i said in the start: 10 out of 10! Thank you for a lovely stay, our new greek friends!

Everything was absolutely great. We had the villa for ourselves. The best thing was a sitting on the terrace. It was spacious place with a beautiful view on the sea. We loved it. Inside the villa are 2 separate bedroom. Clear and comfortable beds. The bathroom had shower and was modernly furnished. In the kitchen was fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and a lot of dishes. If you like solitude you will be satisfied. We were excited. No one anywhere. I would stay here longer very much. And thank you very much for present in the fridge. Absolutely beautiful and great place.

    The location in an old village with a beautiful view of the countryside was great. It was lovely sitting outside on the terrace, especially in the morning sun. The central location is very good for visiting all parts of the island. The old traditional house was very interesting and comfortable to stay in with all mod cons. The owners are very friendly & helpful. It was so kind of them to give us their delicious home-made jam & other food.
