Beautiful villa, superb location 5 mins from the beach with spacious living and bedrooms, ample wardrobes and a fantastic private pool (which we used often!) Excellent local restaurants within walking distance and 5 mins from the very good bus service (travel early) going West to Kissamos or East to Chania. The villa is fully air conditioned with easy to use control units which we liked very much. We didn't cook at the villa but there is a fully stocked kitchen should you with to. The hosts were exceptional, met us on (delayed) arrival, showed us around, arranged regular cleaning, trips, gave advice and provided a fridge full of delicious fruit. They really couldn't have done more to make our stay better and I would not hesitate to recommend this property. Thank you Argiris, we plan to book again!

I loved my stay at Katerina's place. It was clean and had everything I needed. Peaceful, surrounded by a lovely, well looked after garden, with the shaded patio with the table and chairs. The private pool was the best! The beach is about 200 meters from the house. Shops 5 minutes walk away. The bigger town, Kolymbari, with lots of shops, supermarket, tavernas and restaurants about 15 mins walk away. You can also take a bus to get there if you don't feel like walking. Buses run every 30 mins and they are reliable. Chania town about 45 mins by bus. Though I would recommend to hire the car to go and explore this beautiful island. Katerina was a truly great host. She was attentive and kind and made me feel very welcome. She lives next door and regularly checked if I am ok or if I need anything. She even took me to the small market in Kolymbari which is on every Friday where the locals sell the most amazing fresh vegetable, fruits, honey, cheese... She also treated me to the small trip to the nearby village to see the oldest olive tree in the world and the small olive museum. Gifted me a bottle of red wine her husband makes - one of the most delicious wine I have ever tasted! Also gave me fresh cucumbers from her mother in law's garden - all these little touches which made my stay very special. Thank you very again much Katerina for your "Philoxenia".

We felt like home, very cozy and we found everything we needed in the house, even towels and umbrellas for beach. A quiet area which was perfect for our honeymoon. Twice a week is coming somebody to clean the pool. Very good communication with the owner.

Everything was perfect. I recommend this location with all my heart. The house is very beautiful, equipped with absolutely everything you need. Everything was very clean. The rooms are very spacious and all the furniture is new. The jacuzzi is a great advantage. We were very satisfied with this accomodation and we will come back again. The house is situated on a hill with a beautiful view, 10 minutes drive from Kissamos.

Nicole and family are super nice and they host you in the best way: the fridge was full, towels and bathroom amenities were there, that gave us their sun umbrella and we could pick amazing oranges and lemons directly from their trees. they make our family holidays perfect!

One of the best houses I have been to. Amazingly maintained, super clean and with responding and caring host. The property is two floored, with two big and very comfortable bedrooms with two bathrooms which were brand new on the second floor. Enormous living space on the first floor with fully equipped kitchen and patio which was adorable for morning coffee. The host George had prepared nice, small touches for us which made us feel at home. Highly recommend.

    Easy entry. The family met us and made us feel welcome. The villa was exceptionally clean and well put together. Basics were available and it was very well renovated. Nothing moved, everything is new or seems new. The pool is clean, the water pressure is good. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The beds are comfortable. The hosts left us olive oil and vegetables from the garden. This is on of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in over 100.

    The villa is beautiful, comfortable and modern with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The views of the sea and the mountains are spectacular. The environment is very quiet and close to beaches and restaurants, although it is essential to have a car. The hosts are charming, they had many details with us and attended to all our requests with great diligence. It is, without a doubt, a totally recommendable accommodation.

    We love the serenity and calmness of the apartment. It is located in a small village with nice view far from the hassle and bustle of the city. We also appreciate Niko for providing some food and drinks in the fridge upon arrival.
