The villa is absolutely gorgeous and clearly built with care—everything feels high-end and thoughtfully designed. It went beyond what we expected. I have to admit I was a bit nervous before arriving because I had seen a previous negative review – but all my doubts disappeared the moment I arrived. I was more than positively surprised! The house is beautiful, authentic, and full of charm – it’s spread over two levels and radiates warmth and good energy. The biggest gem is the large, enclosed, peaceful yard where you truly feel like you’re in the countryside, surrounded by nature. That kind of space and privacy is very rare for Greek rentals, which are often cramped and close together. Here, you have room, tranquility, and greenery – perfect for families or anyone seeking a calm reset. The location is fantastic – just a short two-minute walk to the beach, yet tucked away from the noise and crowds. Natalija, the host, is absolutely amazing – kind, helpful, always available but never intrusive. I felt truly welcomed and cared for, which meant a lot. All in all – if you’re looking for accommodation that isn’t generic, that has soul, peace, and space, Alina’s House Kalamitsi is the perfect choice. I’d come back in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Greece in its most relaxed and beautiful form.

This accommodation was amazing! Spacious, all the facilities you need. Lovely, new and big. The view was stunning. The hosts were fantastic. Friendly and so accomodating. We always found parking just outside our accommodation. Easy walk to town and beach. Highly recommend.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The room was clean and located in the city center so you could go everywhere by foot. The most important thing was that the hosts were really helpful and they provided us recommendations for everything we needed. We could also leave our baggages after the check out for a few hours as the bus was leaving later. I recommend this accommodation!

Everything was perfect! Very nice, clean and comfortable house! The house is in a private area with free parking. There is a big and lovely garden when you could relax, make barbeque and have dinner. In the house everything is well organised - you could find everything for your vacation.

    My family and I had an amazing experience in the villas. They are spacious and equipped with new furniture. The outdoors area is big and the pool is a very nice touch to the villa. There is everything you could ask for and the host is very kind. Would definitely recommend!

    Super nice and new villas are comfortable, practical and very tastefully decorated, have everything that you need on a family vacation. Cleaned daily. Very hospitable host will provide you with a 5 star hotel threatment, along with superb vine bottle and other little welcome gifts. Pool is really small but very clean and kids loved it. Property is away from busy roads and usual city noises so we got a good night rest.

    Trouble free process from booking to accommodation - location is easy to find, host was available for guidance and meeting! Fully equipped villa, wonderful and very helpful owners, daily cleaning and maintenance, peaceful area, unique landscape. Small village but have all you need for your vacation.

    House is in the little forest park. Room is very spacious and clean. When cars on the road aren't frequent, everything is very quiet. It's just 2 minutes to the village and the sea by car.
