I spent two wonderful weeks in this house. We are a family with 3 children and we all felt very well. Nancy is an extraordinary and kind host, she was careful not to miss anything, she came every 3 days for cleaning. When we arrived we found vegetables from his garden in the fridge and he often brought us small tasty snacks. We really liked the yard, which is very beautiful, with olive trees, bougainvillea, leander, a ficus, vine and vegetable garden. It is located in a pleasant and quiet area, you can hear cicadas during the day and crickets at night. The children were very excited that they had somewhere to run and play. A tree house is set up for small children. The house is clean and equipped with everything you need. And the kitchen is well equipped. We didn't miss anything. What I really liked is the fact that the beds had many pillows and were very comfortable. We all slept very well. We were sorry that the two weeks passed too quickly and we are already thinking of coming back here in the following years.

What’s not to love? The villa is tucked away in a peaceful village near Argostoli, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. It’s beautifully appointed and exceptionally well-equipped, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Our host went above and beyond, welcoming us with complimentary drinks, snacks, and even pasta and sauce, just in case we arrived hungry. The villa is spacious throughout, with large, comfortable bedrooms that made it easy to relax. In short, it’s absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for more.

It was a home from home, the owner thought of little nice touches with water in fridge, eggs and bread. Stunning views, comfortable beds, pool towels and towels for your showers in your rooms. Clean, well equipped and very safe. Would love to stay again.

Our stay at Pipis' House was fabulous. The host, Giorgio, was very responsive and helped to accommodate our needs. The house is cute, simply furnished, but with taste. The kitchen is well-equipped, the rooms are big enough considering the overall floor area, and the living area is comfortable. There is a nice terrace overlooking the sea, where we enjoyed our dinners, even if it was already mid-September. The shaded parking lot was a plus, and once we entered by reversing the car, it was easy to go in and out. The neighbourhood is tranquil: no noise, no roosters waking us up in the morning or dogs barking. The location is excellent: from there we could visit the whole island and find different taverns/restaurants. We discovered many beaches, located south, north, east and west, and our favourite one, Vouti Beach, was just 10 minutes by car from home. I highly recommend Pipis' House: it definitely contributed to making our holiday in Kefalonia a memorable one.

This is an amazing place to stay, beautiful sunsets, laid out really well, spotlessly clean. The hosts go above and beyond, are attentive, courteous and have an eye for detail. Things like them supplying condiments, cling film, coffee pods etc really help when you’re only staying a short time. One of my pet hates is buying salt, pepper and washing up liquid in every bloody self-catering apartment I travel to! They supply most things you need. These hosts have got your back totally, whether that be dining advice or just making sure you’re ok and comfortable. Garden/veranda is beautiful. Even just little things like having mosquito plug-ins and lovely shower gel, just give you that little nod that they care and want you to enjoy your stay. This is a very safe place to stay. I’ve really enjoyed my stay here and I’m very thankful. Ged

This property was within easy walking distance to the centre. The additional bonus of having a car space near the property was very advantageous. The proprietor was very helpful, friendly, provided us with names of restaurants, in Argostoli, and some other major towns, a map of the island. The place itself was very tastefully presented, very clean, and provided a lot of the basics eg washing liquid, condiments, coffee, a basket of fresh fruit !!! It is truly an “Elegant Home in Argostoli” !

    The villa was in a lovely location within walking distance from Lixouri Town centre. The views from the rear of the villa were amazing. Manos couldn't do more to help us, showing us where the best restaurants and beaches were and also helping us promptly when we accidently locked the keys in the villa. We had a villa without a private pool but this wasn't an issue as most of the week we had the shared pool to ourselves.

    This was our second visit to Armonia Villas in Kefalonia. Perfect location, beautiful scenery, perfectly clean. I cannot fault it. We all had a wonderful time and also adopted a local cat who is waiting to be transported home to us in the coming weeks!

    These villas are fabulous. They are spacious, clean, comfortable and have all the facilities you need and more. Fantastic views and lovely private pools. Venis the host is amazing, nothing is too much trouble and he makes sure you have everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

    We liked everything. The villa is well equipped with all that you need, you have writhing in the kitchen and the rooms are well equipped also. We got twells for pool and for the beach, that was great. The service that we got from Spyros the hosts was extremely nice. It was one of the best villas that we had been hosted in the last years.

    This property did not disappoint and we highly recommend it. The host was super helpful and welcoming. The villa was perfect and had amazing attention to detail. It was in a quiet location but you do need a car. There were excellent provisions left for us as extras and were very much appreciated as we arrived later in the day. This was a perfect retreat for us as a couple to spend our anniversary. Thank you for such a memorable trip.

    The Villa exceeded our expectations it was clean and kept clean by the wonderful cleaner throughout our stay. Cosmos was a great host and was very accommodating. Location was ideal for exploring with breathtaking beaches just a short drive away. Pool and Villa facilities were amazing. Would definitely book to go back to Armonia Villas
