I spent two wonderful weeks in this house. We are a family with 3 children and we all felt very well. Nancy is an extraordinary and kind host, she was careful not to miss anything, she came every 3 days for cleaning. When we arrived we found vegetables from his garden in the fridge and he often brought us small tasty snacks. We really liked the yard, which is very beautiful, with olive trees, bougainvillea, leander, a ficus, vine and vegetable garden. It is located in a pleasant and quiet area, you can hear cicadas during the day and crickets at night. The children were very excited that they had somewhere to run and play. A tree house is set up for small children. The house is clean and equipped with everything you need. And the kitchen is well equipped. We didn't miss anything. What I really liked is the fact that the beds had many pillows and were very comfortable. We all slept very well. We were sorry that the two weeks passed too quickly and we are already thinking of coming back here in the following years.

It was the coziest house we've ever stayed in. Perfect cleanliness and design. In a quiet village, with a stunning terrace and big beautiful table were we ate and played cards. The children really enjoyed the wicker swing. Bed linen of 5-star hotel quality. In the bathrooms we found shampoo and conditioner, and even cotton swabs and pads. The owner met us personally. He brought everything we needed for breakfast. There was juice, water and even ice waiting for us in the fridge, also popcorn for kids and the bottle of local wine for parents. The kitchen had all the necessary spices, a large selection of plates and kitchen utensils. The location of the house is ideal for visiting the most beautiful beaches of this coast of the island and the capital. Also we found a good taverna 10 minutes walk from the house. So this place it’s absolute love!

It was absolutely perfect stay! Maria was wonderful host! She helped us with everything we need. She's there for any questions and recommendations what to see and where to go. House is much more beautiful than pictures show, and the view from the terrace was absolutely amazing! Pictures can't show the real beauty of the accomodation and views, where ever you look. We felt like home, because house is full equipped with everything you could possibly need. Maria thought of everything. She even left snacks, food and drinks in the fridge, so you don't have to think about it first day. That was huge surprise! Every part of the house was spotless clean. Bed was very good and comfy. Plenty of room for clothes in the bedroom. We never slept so good and long before. It was extremely quiet, especially during the night. Perfect for sleeping, even for lite sleepers. Bathroom is beautiful and not tiny like in almost every other place. Kitchen was fully equipped. Living room have beautiful view of Argostoli. Huge balcony with sitting area, and also for eating with the view. Amazing! You have everything - dishwasher, washing machine, iron... There is also private parking with shade, so you don't have to worry about getting in hot car. They thought of everything! Neighbors are very nice and welcoming. Village is very beautiful. You have very cute cafe shop with excellent coffees and homemade cookies and sweets (it's also a shop, so you can buy whatever you need). Argostoli is 5 minutes with car, so everything was realy close. I don't know what else to say except - you must go and see! We will back again, that's for sure!

Our stay at Pipis' House was fabulous. The host, Giorgio, was very responsive and helped to accommodate our needs. The house is cute, simply furnished, but with taste. The kitchen is well-equipped, the rooms are big enough considering the overall floor area, and the living area is comfortable. There is a nice terrace overlooking the sea, where we enjoyed our dinners, even if it was already mid-September. The shaded parking lot was a plus, and once we entered by reversing the car, it was easy to go in and out. The neighbourhood is tranquil: no noise, no roosters waking us up in the morning or dogs barking. The location is excellent: from there we could visit the whole island and find different taverns/restaurants. We discovered many beaches, located south, north, east and west, and our favourite one, Vouti Beach, was just 10 minutes by car from home. I highly recommend Pipis' House: it definitely contributed to making our holiday in Kefalonia a memorable one.

Beautiful villa, with lots of space, very well equipped and close to beaches. The interior is very tasteful and the terraces are lovely, full of plants and flowers. We had everything we wished. George was a perfect host, keeping in constant contact. Keys were easy to collect. There is parking space for 2 cars. We got to watch some spectacular sunsets from the upstairs terrace. It's very close to the airport and we got to watch planes taking off and landing. Noise is not a problem with the windows closed though. It was great to wake up and see the sea every morning.

    The villa was in a lovely location within walking distance from Lixouri Town centre. The views from the rear of the villa were amazing. Manos couldn't do more to help us, showing us where the best restaurants and beaches were and also helping us promptly when we accidently locked the keys in the villa. We had a villa without a private pool but this wasn't an issue as most of the week we had the shared pool to ourselves.

    This was our second visit to Armonia Villas in Kefalonia. Perfect location, beautiful scenery, perfectly clean. I cannot fault it. We all had a wonderful time and also adopted a local cat who is waiting to be transported home to us in the coming weeks!

    These villas are fabulous. They are spacious, clean, comfortable and have all the facilities you need and more. Fantastic views and lovely private pools. Venis the host is amazing, nothing is too much trouble and he makes sure you have everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

    We liked everything. The villa is well equipped with all that you need, you have writhing in the kitchen and the rooms are well equipped also. We got twells for pool and for the beach, that was great. The service that we got from Spyros the hosts was extremely nice. It was one of the best villas that we had been hosted in the last years.

    This property did not disappoint and we highly recommend it. The host was super helpful and welcoming. The villa was perfect and had amazing attention to detail. It was in a quiet location but you do need a car. There were excellent provisions left for us as extras and were very much appreciated as we arrived later in the day. This was a perfect retreat for us as a couple to spend our anniversary. Thank you for such a memorable trip.

    The Villa exceeded our expectations it was clean and kept clean by the wonderful cleaner throughout our stay. Cosmos was a great host and was very accommodating. Location was ideal for exploring with breathtaking beaches just a short drive away. Pool and Villa facilities were amazing. Would definitely book to go back to Armonia Villas
