First of all - this exceeded our expectations and some. The photography of the place gives qn appearance of a small villa. When we arrived, we were blown away by the size. Photos are deceiving inna good way! Staff were amazing, the villa manager picked us up and dropped us off. Ran us through the villa and if we needed anything how to contact them. The villa is partially isolated giving you the privacy away from somewhat bust far out beach strip in Ios. It's a 10minute walk from the beach and restaurants but if you feel like staying in, having a dip in the pool, tanning or putting something on the TV and relaxing this place has it all. Already looking into booking this again for 2024 - would reccomend this villa whether your a party animal or on your honeymoon looking for some privacy like myself. 11/10

Lovely house , fantastic views all around, quiet and very clean .Host really very helpful and accommodating . Family of 4 we stayed for 6 nights very comfortably. Will be back !

The three bungalows allowed us to have space as well as keep our things in order. As well the pool and outdoor table was a great way to all hangout together. We also loved the location as it was a quiet area but close to the beach and only 5 minute taxi ride to Chora.

A truly fantastic villa, beautifully presented, spotlessly clean with plenty of space. We were a party of 4 and we hired a car at the port. You do need to stock up with basics as there are no shops nearby, we mostly ate out at the local restaurants which suited us well. The beach is lovely and there are plenty of sun beds with shades The very best bit of our stay was the warmth of welcome from Tedy who simply couldn't have been more helpful with everything that we asked of her, it made for a very successful trip, Thank you Tedy
