The apartment was beautiful ! Very nice style/design, new furniture and all items in the apartment are new ! Large living room+kitchen in one open space with 2 sofas where my kids slept very well. Bedroom was very nice with good double bed/mattress and a very nice terrace next to the bedroom. The bathroom was also very nice with all new items/appliances, same as the kitchen. The location is quite remote on small narrow roads through an old village and we enjoyed the quiet nature surrounding the location. The view is superb from the location to the sea/beach. The entire property was very nice and very well maintained. The owner was very nice and attended promptly all our request with a smile !

We had an unforgettable time at this beautiful accommodation! Everything was simply perfect from start to finish. The place is immaculately clean, brand new, and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. It’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – from a well-stocked kitchen to beach and pool towels, and even thoughtful little gifts and surprises that made us feel truly welcome. The pool area was a dream – clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is also ideal: well connected, yet peaceful and quiet. We didn’t use the jacuzzi due to the warm summer temperatures, but it’s such a lovely feature that would be perfect for cooler evenings. A wonderful extra touch! A special thank you to our amazing host Aphrodite, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their hospitality and kindness really stood out. The bathroom was modern and spacious, and every corner of the home reflected quality and care. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay – we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Nice quiet apartment with excellent private pool. Spacious and comfortable, with the option to use the slightly bigger main pool at the development. Possible to walk up the hill to some villages nearby. Free use of sun loungers at connected beach bar as well (around 10 mins drive away).

Beautiful stay here with my husband and our toddler. Very peaceful, close to the beach, lovely and delish restaurant and supermarkets. Peaceful with a stunning garden! Perfect for families with young kids too! Great to have a cot, and kids toys. Thanks for making us feel so welcomed!

Very cosy and peaceful little house in the suburbs of the Kos town. Near to village Zia and beautiful sunset watching points. Everything in the house was perfect. We were welcomed with some refreshing snacks and drinks. There was nice olive scented hand liquid soap as well as body and hair shampoo. Plenty of towels in the wardrobe. A little black cat and a hen with chickens were our first neighbours. My daughter loved this. The host is very kind. I would definitely recommend this place.

We really liked everything, we came to villa irene and we were absolutely flabbergasted about the villa. The whole week we had the best time. The host is also a really nice guy and if you have any questions he reacts immediately. Villa Irene made our vacation in Kos perfect. We are really considering going again next year.

What a gem! It was a last minute decision to take a short trip to Kos and this property came up as available. How lucky were we! The property is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Our hosts were wonderful and couldn’t do enough to help us. We found out that they have just started this venture in what is/was their family home. I am sure that is why every detail had been thought about. We are definitely hoping to go back but I’m sure when word gets out it is going to be fully booked. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful time.The apartment was so beautiful and clean .We loved every single detail of the apartment.     The peaceful location - yet close to resort of Tigaki . Enjoyed walk down country lanes to Salt Lake and beach. Enjoyed refreshing dips in the pool. The villa was spacious, modern and very clean. Fabulous views from the roof terrace. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.
