Property was in great location, quaint and idyllic Greek Village in fully renovated classic Cycladic style house. Facility was clean, spacious and air conditioned. Hosts were gracious and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and with personal touch including providing board games for children, personally laundering, drying, and ironing some clothes for us when need arises, and providing regular fresh towels and champagne welcome upon arrival!

It is the perfect location. It was immaculate. This is our second time staying at Magda’s villa. She and her husband are so kind. They took excellent care of us and served us a delicious breakfast every morning. We loved every dinner that we had at their restaurant. It was so good to see them again. We will always stay here when we come back to Greece. We highly recommend this villa. Thank you, Magda and Frank!

We had a lovely time at the villa. Ester was an amazing and responsive host who arranged a transfer for us from the port to the villa, showed us around and gave us recommendations on restaurants and bakeries. The place has everything for a great stay, is very clean with all necessary amenities and toiletries. The indoor pool was really nice too! We hope to come back again one day.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the New Villa Yiora Hotel, and I must say it was a welcoming experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and decorated in a typical Cycladic style, combined with elegance and rustic charm. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I truly felt at ease in every corner. However, what really stood out during our stay was the exceptional attention from the staff. From the very first day, every member of their team was kind and willing to help, always attentive to our needs. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel genuinely welcome.

Beautifully spacious and clean you could almost forget to visit the island as part of your holiday. I stayed with my 2 girls & within 2.4secs on day 1 they were pool obsessed 🤣. The villas are constructed in way that offers superb privacy. The staff that come daily for breakfast/housekeeping are absolutely lovely changing /cleaning whatever you wish with the lady at reception 🛎️ an absolute support in navigating breakfast changes and recommendations along with Dimitris. Don’t even hesitate on your decision to stay here it’s the perfect 🤩 spot of peace outside a very busy Oia but also not to far from beaches🏖️ , town, shopping and of course Oia🤍 be careful you don’t fall asleep in the jacuzzi 😂🤣 it’s easily done being so warm & comfortable 🤗.

The host knew that it’s our honeymoon so she brought us a champagne 🍾 so nice of her. The place is like a paradise! And just close to a 5star hotel. You can have free sunrise from the beach near by for only 3 mins walk.

    The villa was beautiful. The location was great - out of the busy big towns, but walking distance to the restaurants and shops of Megalochori, and an easy drive to anywhere on the island. The view was out of this world. Equally as good a view as the expensive villas etc of Oia, but without thousands of people looking down on your 'privacy' as they roam the town. Thomas meets you to let you in, and is on hand for any problems throughout your stay. We had the most relaxing holiday we've had in years!

    The villas are one of a kind, beautifully decorated, and with gorgeous crater views from the privacy of your spacious patio and private pools. The design touches are really unique and gorgeous - just recognize that the pics on the website are understated, and don’t fully capture the elegance and thoughtful amenities. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and provided many recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. You’ll have a wonderful time in this private bit of paradise.

    “ VILLA OLIVIA ‘’ is a unique villa located in the heart of Megalochori. The villa is perfectly appointed with everything you require for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bedroom is spacious, and the bathroom is luxurious. The private pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Aegean Sea. The host was very welcoming and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend “ VILLA OLIVIA ‘’ to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Santorini.
