The hot tub, the beds were very comfortable, it was an amazing place, the owners were very friendly and helpful, the food they provide was excellent. Great location closed to many nice sites and restfull at the same time. The city center closed to it as excellent typicall Greek restaurants with normal restaurant prices . Please rent a car for the drive around.

Our group of five had a wonderful stay. Our host, Tania, was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was clean and well-prepared for us. She even provided water and other essentials for our early arrival and gave us all the information we needed about the island. We rented a car, and everything was conveniently close. The house was perfect, with no parking issues, as we were able to park nearby. Overall, it was an ideal stay for us!

This is a lovely oasis perfect for our family of 4. The garden is a dream. The interiors are so beautiful and the neighbourhood is very quiet. No other tourists! The host is so kind and accommodating.

Beautifully spacious and clean you could almost forget to visit the island as part of your holiday. I stayed with my 2 girls & within 2.4secs on day 1 they were pool obsessed 🤣. The villas are constructed in way that offers superb privacy. The staff that come daily for breakfast/housekeeping are absolutely lovely changing /cleaning whatever you wish with the lady at reception 🛎️ an absolute support in navigating breakfast changes and recommendations along with Dimitris. Don’t even hesitate on your decision to stay here it’s the perfect 🤩 spot of peace outside a very busy Oia but also not to far from beaches🏖️ , town, shopping and of course Oia🤍 be careful you don’t fall asleep in the jacuzzi 😂🤣 it’s easily done being so warm & comfortable 🤗.

The moment we arrived, they made sure we were comfortable. Elena was of great help and texted to arrange for the pick up from the port, and they delivered our luggage to the room. The location is perfect, just two minutes' walk from the car meeting point. The breakfast arrives at your doorsteps, and it's really good. They also have nice pools with amazing views. Honestly, we wouldn't have had such an amazing time there if it wasn't for Elena helping with everything and arranging everything.

The host knew that it’s our honeymoon so she brought us a champagne 🍾 so nice of her. The place is like a paradise! And just close to a 5star hotel. You can have free sunrise from the beach near by for only 3 mins walk.

    An absolutely dreamy villa in Messaria, a traditional settlement in the centre of the island. Lovely decor, fully equipped kitchen, separate raining shower from the bathroom and a lovely private outdoor pool. Private parking is also useful. The villa AMERSA is close to a lot of beautiful destinations in the island. In the village there are very nice traditional taverns. An exceptional choice for your next visit in Santorini.

    beautiful villa with private pool, great comfortable bed and beautiful interior design. at night very quiet. The host is very kind, always there to help if needed, and gave us lots of tips to enjoy the stay. Every two days, the cleaner would come and clean the villa, plus change all towels, that was a real treat.

    The villas are well-designed and the level of comfort is insane. It's within walking distance from many local cafes and bakeries, a market, and the street in front of the apartments leads everywhere from Fira to Imerovigli and Oia in just 15 minutes of driving. The villas are fully organized with home appliances and everything someone needs during vacation days. For me as a local that travels a lot on the islands, it is a hidden gem of Santorini. Recommended! Thank for everything

    VILLA AMERSA is a beautiful villa located in the peaceful village of MESARIA. The villa is next to the village center. The villa is beautifully decorated, with a private pool. The views from the villa are perfect, and we spent many hours relaxing on the patio and enjoying the sunset. The host was very helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend AMERSA VILLA to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation in Santorini.
