    beautiful villa just outside the town with sea view surrounded by a well-kept garden and with a very clean swimming pool. Very clean and complete with every comfort. We had a great time, special thanks to Zois for his kind support.

    The villa is well equipped and comfortable with both a balcony and large patio. Two bathrooms were useful and the main shower was great. The grounds are very green and well kept, we had beautiful flowers around our villa. The beach near the villa was good for a quick dip but there is a good sandy beach 10 min drive away. The villa is well placed for trips to Elafonisos, Monemvasia and a very interesting petrified Forest.

    Property was beautiful! The pool was clean as well as the villa! Great location! We were able to drive just few minutes into Neopoli town for breakfast, coffee, and dinner. Very close to the port of Pounta to catch the ferry to Elafonissos to visit their pristine beaches- Simos was stunning! The villa also had plenty of space for my family of 5. I’d stay their again!
