The owners Vasili and Deniz are very friendly people and they made us feel welcome from the start. The views from the balcony and the rooms are simply stunning. If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. We travelled with our two dogs so we enjoyed the fact that they had a little garden where they could play in peace. I definitely recommend this place

The location is beautiful, the house is situated amidst olive tres and has an unobstructed sea view. The house is clean and spacious, there are cleaning products available and clothes' airers to dry your swimwear etc. The host is polite and flexible and easy to reach by phone, he clearly tries to maintain a high standard for his guests. Overall, it was an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The property is also pet friendly.

Absolutely unforgettable stay with our family. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the owner who showed us around the villa, which had everything and even more than we could expect. It is very comfortable, perfect for family holiday and in a great location (less than 5 minutes from the beach) The owner is very friendly and was always happy to help with anything we needed.

I have been to this villa before. Now I have been in September, when the weather is very pleasant. The house is spacious, had a separate pool, a huge garden, a gazebo, a place for barbecue. Parking right next to the house. Check in and check out were quick and hassle free, the company that manages the property communicated professionally before my arrival. The pool was cleaned several times during my stay. A quality comprehensive cleaning was provided 1 x, including towel and bed linen changes. Beach towels were not changed for us. From the house it is very close to Elephant beach ( approx 20 m) Pefkohori beach is also relatively quickly accessible, the centre of Pefkohori approx 5 min. The location is not noisy as it is in a residential development away from the centre. I had a nice holiday.

The location of the facility is perfect, despite the fact that the beach in front of the facility is not the best (too stony and shallow), nearby, a hundred meters away, there are perfectly groomed beaches, which unfortunately you have to pay for because they are not part of the facility. We loved our stay here! The apartment was super clean, cozy and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen (even the coffee machine). Location was also great! Neighborhood is quiet, but in just a minute you can walk to great restaurant, cute cafés and two supermarkets. Beach is 10 minutes away on foot. There is two balcony, perfect for a morning coffee. The host, George, was incredibly kind and helpful! Such a perfect spot — we’d happily come back!
