The villa is stunning, outstanding views and very comfortable. The pool is exceptional with the most wonderful view. Salt water so no nasty chemicals. We were a group of 5 and we had plenty of space. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The host arranged a platter of food and wine for us on our first night and we also had food delivered as the villa was so lovely we wanted to make the most of our time there. Other reviews have mentioned being overlooked but we did not find this an issue. We were vaguely aware that other people were in the other villas but it did not impose at all.

Location and the view of Syvota port is amazing.Short distance walk to the shops and all the restaurants.The owner is very nice and did everything to make our stay perfect.The villa id cleaned every 2 days and towels and sheets are replaced.Perfect stay.

The house is great, very clean and well maintained, a luxurious and fun stay. The pool is great and very clean, all the facilities are excellent and the hospitality is generous and very warm. Danae is wonderful, available for anything, a question or a problem, when we got stuck without milk she immediately helped and on the last day when there was a problem with the car she immediately sent someone to help sort it out. Highly recommended to anyone interested in warm and very high-quality hospitality, classic for a family with children. We will definitely come back again.

Spotlessly clean- the house and surrounding space had everything you could possibly need. Perfect location with incredible views. Minutes away from a lovely small beach where there was always space- away from the crowds. The best feature of this house is undoubtedly the amazing outside space with comfy loungers and different indoor and outdoor seating areas. Just to sit and look at the views in all directions was a perfect way to spend a holiday! We didn’t have a car and the walk to and from the town was not a difficult one. A pleasure to be so near but not directly in the town. The owner, George, was incredibly helpful both before and during the stay- always on hand to answer any questions. Would love to return again.

The Maisonette was really spacious and it was equipped with everything that can pass through your mind. The Madame Host is a very very nice lady who is always ready the help making the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Parking is really comfortable situated exactly near the door of the house. Finally the views are astonishing.

The most perfect property for a chill holiday. Very modern Villa with everything you need including private parking and a lovely pool to cool off. My hubby loved Perdika and Karavostasi beach and of course the lovely Jenny who brought us fab food every morning….our fave was Filo pastry with Feta cheese Thank you Jenny and family

Very secluded place, there are 4 villas, but all of them has it's own isolated area, villa was well decorated and equipped. In 5 minutes drive you can reach the nearest town Perdika, where you can find supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Villas have incredible ionian sea scenery. Pool is cleaned every day by a person very early in the morning, house cleaning and towels and sheets are changed every other day.

Lovely private villa with beautiful views and quiet location. It was beautifully decorated and felt like a home from home, the villa was spotless and was cleaned everyday by a lovely lady. Not a criticism but to enhance further experiences for others, a swing eggchair on the balcony would of been lovely and larger towels but all in all a perfect holiday! Tips. You need to be a confident driver to drive the roads
