We had a wonderful experience at Flora Studios! Antonia was incredibly helpful from the very beginning, making everything smooth and easy for us. Having Kamila with us as well has been amazing—she was so kind, warm, and truly lovely throughout our stay. Their hospitality made all the difference and made us feel very welcome.

Host George was very friendly and he gave us a lot of insight about Santorini. He gave us a room after checkout to stay for couple of hours as our ferry was in the late afternoon. He took care of all our needs and answered our questions in timely manner. Perissa beach was just opposite to the accommodation and my brother enjoyed sleeping on the bed outside which was a wonderful arrangement. George drive us to the port as well for a nominal fee.

Everything here was absolutely 1st Class. From the moment we arrived our host (Argy) was present to explain everything and to welcome us with a full complementary fridge, which was such a nice touch. From the minute we opened the door there was a smell of freshness and cleanliness everywhere and the pride Argy takes in the place was obvious. He was contactable by phone for anything we needed and made us feel very welcome. The facilities were first class. Our children absolutely loved the heated pool and we felt very safe there. The location was brilliant. Literally 5min walk to the best beach in Santorini with a 1min walk to a supermarket where we could get fresh rolls/bread for our lunch every day. Breakfast was served every morning at a time that suited us and it was simply superb. It was exactly like we saw in the photographs and all food was freshly prepared. It was all the little touches e.g. toothbrushes/toothpaste/coffee pods/iron/hairdryer/microwave that made our stay so comfortable. This Villa is newly built and so well maintained.. Argy should be very proud of what he has achieved here and we could not have been more pleased or recommend it more highly. Good luck for the rest of the season.

Amazing apartment and such a perfect location- 8 min walk to the beach and close to lovely restaurants and sunbed spots. Hosts were fantastic!!! Honestly best place to stay in this area! Thank you so much!

Kostas met us on arrival with his Dad the 'Captain' after whom the Villa is named <3. A lovely welcome. He recommended a trip to explore the island on a boat / bus and some local restaurants. Pool is fab, lots of space to chill out but the beach is so close we went every day.... A wonderful holiday.

The property was fully equipped with everything we needed including pots and pans, dishes and utensils for cooking our own meals. The pool are was such a treat, truly felt like we were at a resort. Check in process was smooth and staff was very easy to work with. They also helped facilitate a boat tour for us during our stay.

We had a very nice stay. The host Aleksandr is very helpful, the apartment was clean, the staff was nice. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in Santorini, away from the very crowded cities, then this is the place ! Would highly recommend!

Everything. The location is perfect; very close to the city yet far from the noise. The property is clean and has everything you’ll need, the staff is exceptional (very welcoming and helpful), and the really big private pool makes it an absolute value for money. We’ll definitely book this property again next time we’re on Santorini. I’m not even going to mention the spectacular view you get, because words can’t do justice.
