It is located very close to Sani Beach, just a 6-minute drive away. We actually enjoyed Simantro Beach even more, which is about 9 minutes away by car. We didn’t use the AC because we could open all the windows, and during the night it was very comfortable (22–30 June). We could also take walks in the nearby forest, which is amazing — just be careful if you have small children. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There were terraces on both sides of the house. The neighbors were very nice. The owner is friendly and gave us great advice on where to eat — his recommendations were excellent. Sani Resort is amazing and we were so happy that we could have enter each day there with no cost. But if you want to rent umbrellas and beds on the beach the prices are very high.

    The villa was very beautiful. The neighborhood and its facilities were really good. The villa has all the facilities that can meet your needs. Since we had children, we stayed in the villa right next to the pool and this was very good for us. The host Kiki is really very hospitable. He helped us with everything. He welcomed us and sent us off when we returned. If I go to Greece again one day, I will definitely stay in this villa.

    The accommodation is more than we expected. We had a small villa by the sea at our disposal. Wonderful. In the yard, which is large, you have deckchairs, nice shade, private shower. We had two two-bed apartments, on the ground floor and first floor, with a magnificent view of the sea. The apartments are clean and very well equipped, we felt at home.

    The villas are everything you might imagine and more - they are spacious, very well equipped and perfect for families and friends. We had a wonderful experience for 2 weeks and I can highly recommend the property. The host is responsive and always looks out for the guests wellbeing.
