Spitaki is a small little house on the hills right next to the center of Skopelos. The terrace is amazing and having coffee next to the lemon tree while watching the morning routines in the harbour, is a rare and beautiful opportunity. The host, Grigorios, he's one of the most remarkable men we've met in Greece. His stories, openness, restaurant recommendations were always on point, and his availability to cater to guests' needs, simply lovely

This was the perfect place to stay in Skopelos Town. Beautiful views from the balconies and an extremely comfortable and well equipped apartment. We particularly appreciated the warm welcome given by the hosts with plenty of information and tips shared over WhatsApp. Rita, who showed us around, was utterly charming and both she and Andreas did all they could to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. Perfect spot for a short stay in Skopelos Town. The apartment is high up in the atmospheric old town with a beautiful view of the old port. Perfectly located for exploring town without being too noisy whilst sleeping. Would advise against bringing heavy luggage through here as the ground is uneven, numerous steps, although you can approach the property downhill (speak to the host re how to do this). The accommodation itself was very comfortable: nice beds, everything brand new inside. Some people might like to know the stairs to the loft are a bit steep, but the downstairs bedroom is easy to access. Great communication from the host. Highly recommended.

Everything! This is the dream villa for a holiday on Skopelos island. It could not have been any better for us. The views, the facilities, the rooms, the pool, the hosts …. absolutely fabulous. It’s not often that you find a place that is better in reality than in the photos. Fully equipped kitchen in beautiful open plan area. Complete with dishwasher and washing machine. Spacious. Quiet and secluded and overlooking Skopelos town, harbour, sea and surrounding mountains. The villa is surrounded by olive groves. This is quality!

The property had amazing views and the location was great. The owners of the property went out of their way to pick us up from the port and drop us off as well as take us to the supermarket if we needed! The property was up a hill so Malvina had given us a taxi number that happily brought us up the hill of a night. The villa is spotlessly clean and it really feels like a home from home! It was AMAZING!

    We have just stayed at this lovely villa for 4 nights. We’ve stayed in quite a few villas around the world and I can honestly say this is the best one we’ve stayed at so far. It’s beautiful. It was immaculate inside and out and the view is amazing. The photos don’t do justice. Every little detail has been thought of and supplied.. Nikos and Mariann were so friendly and gave us recommendations for some lovely restaurants and beaches. We would highly recommend this villa and will look forward to coming back in the future.

    Wow! What a stunning villa with the most amazing view. A little oasis of luxury nestled in the mountain. Pandelis looked after us with the greatest care. Providing a shop, linking us with taxis … nothing was too much trouble. We have enjoyed every second of our stay. We will be back soon! ☀️💕🇬🇷

    This is the perfect place if you want to get away and enjoy village life. It is nestled at the top of the town and has a gorgeous view from the terrace. Gracious and welcoming hosts and neighbors who were always available should you have a question. Everything available for self-catering flat. I moved on the next night to some «luxury» accommodation on another island and to be honest I would have rather prolonged my stay at Kastro.

    Spectacular! Great if you want luxury and privacy that’s not too far off. Close enough to Skopelos Town, but not in town, so you get nice privacy. Beautiful pool. Villa excellently equipped and beautifully decorated. Hostesses were extremely friendly and helpful. Kitchen perfectly equipped for own cooking. Bed was very comfy. Just amazing!

    The view from Kohili Villas is breathtaking looking over the whole of Skopelos town. Nice quiet location with private pool. The whole of the villa was very comfortable set on four levels. We cannot fault the accommodation and had a wonderful time.
