    The private pool was our favourite thing about the property, it was great. The view from the balcony in the evening was amazing. The location was good, close enough to town and to some nice beaches. The villa was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay in Sivota.

    Intimacy / Luxury is the keyword here. This is the most exclusive place you can find in the entire Epirus. You might think at first glance the price is steep but for what it offers is really cheap. I can’t find the words to describe how beautiful and comfortable is the villa. If you can find availability don’t think twice and just smash the booking button. The owners are amazing and really accommodating. Just go there and you will thank me for the rest of the year / years to come.

    We had a great staying at Karvouno Villas. The property is very clean, great amenities and views, right on a beautiful private beach. You get daily clean-up of the villa and the staff is very polite and friendly. The resort has a restaurant where you can enjoy great food, prepared by Maria and her team. The fact that the villas are situated directly beach-front is a big plus, since there are not so many beaches in the area.

    The owner and staff overall is amazing. The rooms and villas are well maintained and staff does a nice job cleaning everyday. The staff is super personable and always helpful if you need something. Everything about the resort is super and top quality, not one negative thing about the resort or staff who work there.
