Every room has a separate air conditioner. It is just like as in the pictures. The apartment is on the top, 4th floor. Really helpful and good owner. Worth every penny.

This house is truly a gem in a traditional village, offering the perfect blend of modern convenience and historical charm. The house itself is large, featuring two bedrooms and a spacious common area, providing plenty of room for everyone. Despite these modern comforts, you're staying in a house with 400 years of history that has been carefully restored to preserve its authentic charm. With a spacious kitchen, air conditioning, hot water, and a comfortable bed, you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The large terrace with a beautiful view of the water is an ideal spot for relaxation. Marija, the host, is wonderfully friendly and helpful. Communication with her was fantastic, and she is always available to provide tips and advice on anything you might need during your stay. Every little detail in the house is thoughtfully considered, making your experience even more special. I highly recommend this house. While you do need a car to get around, the beach is just a few minutes away by car, making it an ideal base for both relaxation and exploration.

This Villa is set in a stunning location. On arrival the hosts were absolutely fantastic welcoming us and explaining little tips along with a welcome drink. They were also on hand in case of any issues (which there weren't). We had a very windy day/night which blew a few leaves into the pool. These were cleaned out straight away. The attention to detail was brilliant and much appreciated. Very friendly and guest orientated, You couldn't ask for better. Thank you. The Villa was spotless and very well equipped making our stay very luxurious indeed. The rooms are 1st class, On suite, Tv's and opening doors onto the balcony with a hot tub and more fantastic views. The pictures in the advert do not do it justice and only give you a small idea of how nice this villa really is. There are adequate cooking facilities, dishwasher, washer drier. The Villa is set on a hillside which you get used to. It is quite steep so a car is advised if you are not that fit. Behind the Villa are the mountains with white wispy clouds rolling over the tops and to the front is a fantastic view of the sea and islands. You get spectacular sunsets to the right as you walk down the hill. A two minute's walk from a very well stocked supermarket. A 5 minute walk from a very friendly bar (Oscars). About 10 minutes to a very pretty beach with strange shale like pebbles (beach shoes advised as they can be quite sharp) and with crystal clear water all set in the back drop of the mountains. There is plenty of shade from trees lining the promenade along with small kiosks selling everything from sun hats to shoes. A number of restaurants line the prom increasing in cost the further you get towards the Harbour. (About a 30 minute walk to the Harbour) Makarska harbour is 5 minute by car and absolutely gorgeous. Be sure to allow yourselves enough time to visit. Makarska is approximately 1.5hrs from Split airport (Very easy drive) 2.5hrs from Debrovnik (very scenic drive)

We had an unforgettable time at this lovely villa. Absolute cleanliness, all the necessary equipment, both inside and outside the house, beautiful views of the sea and mountains, an excellent pool and barbecue will make you happy. Quiet localization, at the same time only 15 min to Brela and 10 min to Pisak by car. Nice terrace and swimming pool, all like on the photos. Parking place - if you do it clever way you can park two big cars - see photos. Be careful to dont turn off the boiler - button is next to the one for the lights in bathroom.
