Villa Divna is an outstanding villa with a pool, with everything you can possibly need and a spectacular view. The host is very friendly and helpful. It is close to Podgora, only 5 minutes by car and Tucepi, 10 minutes - both are lovely seaside towns. This is our second visit to Villa Divna and we can't wait to return!

Overall the property was lovely and the view was amazing. The two ladies who were looking after the property did not speak English but were so so incredibly helpful and friendly. We really appreciated all of their help during our stay. They explained that there was a bus that stopped outside of the villa and it costs 50c per person, we did not end up using this as we got taxis most of the time but it was good to know. The walk to and from the beach was about 10-15 mins and was manageable.

We had an unforgettable time at this lovely villa. Absolute cleanliness, all the necessary equipment, both inside and outside the house, beautiful views of the sea and mountains, an excellent pool and barbecue will make you happy. We spent 1 week with 4 adults and 4 kids and enjoyed the stay very much. Lily already was at the house and explained everything. She as well prepared water(perfect automat to cool water) and vegetables, fruits, coffee,...for us. As she lives in Split we were in contact wiht her - we received a perfect recommendation for a restaurant called Pakomina - approx. 6km from the house. We mainly cooked and grilled outdoor. As there is only a small shop 6km from the house we made a trip to the beautiful town called Jelsa and purchased the main things with cooling bags. The house is directly next to the sea on a beautiful beach. There are enough comfortable sun beds outdoor and as well directly at the sea. A perfect holiday!

With a spacious kitchen, air conditioning, hot water, and a comfortable bed, you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The large terrace with a beautiful view of the water is an ideal spot for relaxation. Marija, the host, is wonderfully friendly and helpful. Communication with her was fantastic, and she is always available to provide tips and advice on anything you might need during your stay. Every little detail in the house is thoughtfully considered, making your experience even more special. I highly recommend this house. While you do need a car to get around, the beach is just a few minutes away by car, making it an ideal base for both relaxation and exploration.
