This house is well equiped with all necessery accessories for short and long stay,either for couple or family. Rooms are very spaceious with big toilets in each one. Galley has all cutleries and there is grill outside. Pool is heated ,there is also external sauna. All in all,good value for money. It is worth to mention that owner Robert is fair and accessable at all times, if you need anything.

We truly enjoyed our stay at LAKOTA’s house. The home is thoughtfully designed, creating a calm and cosy atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. It even exceeded our expectations compared to the photos. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need, including a great coffee machine that made our breakfasts even more enjoyable. It offers three spacious bedrooms with comfortable, wide beds. Communication with the host was smooth and easy—we arranged all details in advance via WhatsApp. Since we arrived late in the evening, we used the self-check-in procedure, which was straightforward and hassle-free. Parking is conveniently located near the property, well-lit, and feels very safe. If the main parking area is full, there are plenty of additional spaces available on the nearby streets. Brtonigla itself is a small but charming town. Right outside the house, you’ll find a cosy café/bar and a bakery for fresh breakfast pastries. For a proper meal, there’s also a lovely Italian restaurant next door with a great selection of food, wine, and drinks. Overall, we highly recommend staying at LAKOTA’s house if you’re looking for a relaxing and cosy place in Brtonigla.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Vila Milanezi!😊 We liked the location very much as it is a great starting point for exploring Istria but at the same time you can enjoy peace and quiet! The house is modern, spacious, tidy and very cosy, well equipped! The pool is great, good size, shape and depth, very clean! We all enjoyed it, especially my teenage kids! 😊We will definitely come back! 😊

Closed territory! Very green. Oak shade, pool, stone houses. Authentic, quiet. The perfect place to celebrate a birthday. Fifteen guests were accommodated in three houses. Together and at the same time did not interfere with each other. The food was prepared by ourselves and ordered from the nearest cafe.

    Villa Grebac is a great place for families with children. The pool is good size. The villa is spacious, well equipped and clean. Location is also very good. The owners lovely people and very helpful. Over all we had a lovely holiday in Villa Grebac.

    We stayed at Villa Vito for 4 days and had the most wonderful time. Beautiful property with nice pool. Location is also great with only 15 mins to the beach. The property is spacious and clean. Family Grebac was an amazing host, very nice and helpful. Their wine and olive oil is great too :) Thank you for the nice stay!

    Stay in Sunshinewilla overcame our expectations!! Absolutely new, clean well-equipped house in peace location but very close (10 min by car) to beach, just few steps from supermarket and kids playground. If you love to sport, this is definitely the best spot for you. Great location for run, jogging or cycling. You will definitely enjoy your holiday in this Villa! ☺️
