My husband myself and our 3-year-old visited this place in May. It was absolutely ideal for our needs. Nice, quiet and with everything and more than we could ask for. There were lovely walks along the beach. After a day or two exploring on foot we started using the bikes to go farther. The sunsets were beautiful. There are a few nice restaurants nearby and thankfully no tourist madness. Just the way we like it. We definitely recommend a nearby restaurant called Konoba Castello. There’s also a great supermarket just a few minutes away called Plodine where we got stunning tuna steaks for our BBQ. At first I thought the sauna and jacuzzi weren’t necessary but I ended up really enjoying the sauna in the evenings and our son loved the jacuzzi during the hot afternoons when it was too warm for the beach. The beach is perfect for kids as it's very shallow for several hundred feet. There are also great snorkeling spots nearby. Especially on the other side of the pier where the boats dock. The accommodation has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, a large fridge-freezer for your drinks, air con, board games, a lovely bottle of Prosecco on arrival and a fantastic outdoor terrace with plenty of space to relax in the evenings. There is also a gas BBQ, two paddleboards and two push bikes. It takes about 60 steps to get to the sea. I even tried a bit of fishing. No luck but it was fun. Overall it was a lovely experience. I love places like this that surprise you after a day or two. This place with it´s unspoiled charm and authentic Croatian atmosphere is fantastic. If you’re looking for a quiet place to enjoy quality family time by the unspoiled Croatian seaside this place is definitely for you. We will be coming back.

Everything was perfect! The house is big and confortable, on the beach with sea view. The kitchen fully equipped, everything clean. The hosts are kind and helpful. The pool was the kids’ favorite. The beach is sandy with crystal clear water.

Amazing location right in front of the sea. The owner was very kind and allowed us to arrive early since we traveled through the night. We really appreciated that the beach had a gradual entrance to the sea, so the children could enjoy the water without us worrying about their safety. The two private paddleboards were an amazing bonus.

    Lovely new villa with fabulous swimming pool. Lots of outdoor furniture to sit/lie on and bikes to borrow. Everything exactly as pictured. Mosquito screens on all windows so we could have the windows open without worrying about being bitten. Good air conditioning. Several restaurants within walking distance and a moderately sized supermarket very close by. Close to the sea, a car needed if you want to explore further afield. David and his family were all very helpful.

    Amazing villa, I am and my family very impressive about our stays here. Its a wonderfull place, in close location to Zadar airport. Villa have its own tennis court, its amazing!!!) We was with cars, and we wery happy to have a big parking place, villa can accept 3 cars inside, and exists some parking places outside. Rooms spacious, clean and very comfortable. Villa fully furnished!!! Many beach places available to relax in this region. Thank you for best villa in Zadar!)

    The villa was modern and clean and had everything you needed. The view of the sea was beautiful, and having a hot tub in the garden overlooking the sea was great, especially at the end of the day. The location is ideal, straight to the sea front with little beaches, a walkway to walk along the coast, and some restaurants walking distance. A company look after the villas, who were great at communicating in English.
