I truly appreciate your warm and welcoming hospitality. Staying in such a luxurious and beautiful villa was an incredible experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Everything was spotless—the bed, the bathroom, everything was impeccably clean. We also appreciated having access to a washing machine. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, making our stay even more special. I will definitely return. Thank you for everything!

Almost cancelled the booking for this amazing property due to payment issue with their central reservations. Beautiful luxurious villas, huge space, private pool, in room spa, and etc, you ask for it and you get it. Location is near to everything and in very peaceful area. Kudos to MS. CINDY an amazing front office agent who welcome us at teratai with her radiant smile. She always went extra mile to get the things done, whether its spa or breakfast or any other request .she left no stone unturned. Very friendly and accommodating staff, especially when we wanted a late breakfast upon our return from our Mount Batur hike on our last morning. Very tranquil (apart from the occasional barking), and perfect as a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle. Big rooms, massive bathroom space...Best place to soak and relax! Get yourself a car or scooter as it is some distance away from most attractions in the Ubud area. We rented one so no problems!
