Perfect spot in Ubud! Very good location, close to the center of Ubud but in very quiet area. Extremely helpful and wonderful staff. We were welcomed with nice cold drinks and cold towels. After traveling for almost 24h it was extremely refreshing. Villa looks absolutely beautiful, amazing swimming pool surrounded by wonderful plants! Delightful breakfast with many options to choose from every day. It’s served in the room. Comfortable bed, nice turndown service (refilling mosquito repellents every evening). Available free parking on spot. They provide airport shuttle if needed. We highly recommend this place!

We stayed at the private pool villa. The property is very new and well maintained. The room is well lit, big and bathroom is huge with a bathtub. There is an outside sitting area near the pool and sun-beds are also available if you want to chill after taking a dip in your private pool. If you want to get away from the city hustle bustle, you can definitely try this property as this is literally in the middle of rice fields. They don't have an in-house restaurant, so the breakfast is served in your room, which is ordered from the nearby restaurant. One needs to tell them what would you like for breakfast from a limited option list and at what time, a night before. You can also order room service for lunch or dinner which will be delivered from the restaurant nearby. The staff is courteous, helpful and welcoming. They also have in-house bike renting option available (though little on the expensive side) which comes in very handy due to its location. You can surely give this property a try if you want to live nearby nature with all the quiet and peace to relax. Please note this property is NOT in Ubud but in Tegallalang, which is 7-8 kms from Ubud.

My wife and I stayed at Sawah Sebatu for a week and it was easily the highlight of our Bali trip. The location is stunning — peaceful, surrounded by rice fields, and tucked away from the crowds, yet close enough to explore Ubud. The food was incredible, fresh, and full of authentic flavour. What truly made our stay unforgettable was Yovi and her amazing family — their hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel like part of the family.
