The ambience was great. I used this trip to treat my parents who are suffering from several health issues and we the children are all living abroad for good. So what I looked was a very comfortable, safe, quiet, clean, spacious, peaceful, home away from home. Now being there for 2 days with my sweet Pappa, Mummy and my cousin and her husband, definitely I can say that I got what I wanted. The owner was so decent and available a call away always even though he lives far for his job purpose. There is a care taker available to support any time and he is so friendly with a big smile always and gives a humble welcoming by saying please enjoy your day in our beautiful property, feel it as your own. Bed and pillows are comfortable and looks like new, bedding supper clean, I was looking for a property with duet rather than blanket due to health and safety concerns as duet covers are washable after each use, he does dry cleaning for all beddings as informed. All supplies were provided without any hesitations. Care taker Sebi is available to bring whatever we needed at any point. We enjoyed the facility and it was a really beautiful Munnar Holiday. The greatest thing about this place that it was not cold as Munnar city as it is a hillside house. The neighbours came to meet us while we were standing on the gate and offered any assistance anytime, showing the good relationship of the owner and the care taker with the neighbours.
