This is a beautiful cottage. Very spacious and has all the amenities needed for a great stay. Unfortunately, due to the weather the hot tub was not used but it was ready and available for us. The lounge space was really nice to relax in, my only disappointment is only staying one night in this gorgeous place.

Fantastic house! Lovely view down to the distant steaming river. Fabulous hot tub outside. Very comfortable beds and furniture, well-equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms. Very kind, friendly and helpful host who lives in a house on the same site (with a very friendly and fluffy dog). Will definitely stay again.

The house is set in a beautiful landscape. The facilities are luxury and the heated floors are a bonus. The hot tub was ready to use as soon as we arrived and the beds are super comfortable. This is truly home away from home and I highly recommend this house. We hope to be back here.

The hot tub was such a great way to end the day of exploring the Icelandic countryside. The kitchen had everything we needed. The fireplace was cozy. The beds were dreamy. Truly the best place I have ever stayed. I wish we could have spent more time.
