By far one of the most best places we were in italy. The price is good, the facilities and even alice that showed us in and gave us breakfast. We could get up whenever we want and eat. Everything is a drive away and if you missed the wine, she offers wine to buy. Just excellent!

Very good location in Radcofani. Apartment very clean and newly renovated. Washing machine was a bonus with a washing line to dry clothes - walking the via Francigena a washing machine is handy. We did not use kitchen, but it is well equipped if you would like to prepare your own meals. Shower worked very well. Comfy bed! Would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Radecofani. Thank you

The apartment was great- it was comfortably furnished with all you could need, the space was well thought out and decorated to a high standard. There is a lovely little garden to relax in with beautiful plants, and the location is optimal- just a short walk to the centro of the borgo. We stayed here with our infant son and it was perfectly suitable for a family. Barbara is an excellent host and made us feel more than welcome and at home throughout our stay, providing all that we could need and tips on places to visit.
