By far one of the most best places we were in italy. The price is good, the facilities and even alice that showed us in and gave us breakfast. We could get up whenever we want and eat. Everything is a drive away and if you missed the wine, she offers wine to buy. Just excellent!

Lovely room. Comfortable bed and the shower was great. If you are going to the Bagno then it’s perfect to park at the property and walk there as parking nearby is tricky.

The apartment was great- it was comfortably furnished with all you could need, the space was well thought out and decorated to a high standard. There is a lovely little garden to relax in with beautiful plants, and the location is optimal- just a short walk to the centro of the borgo. We stayed here with our infant son and it was perfectly suitable for a family. Barbara is an excellent host and made us feel more than welcome and at home throughout our stay, providing all that we could need and tips on places to visit.

    Very well located with short walk to beautiful old village. Peaceful location. Village alimentari was very useful and friendly with daily bread and focaccia. Villa itself had all we needed, including a wood burning stove as the weather was not too good
