Paolo was a great host. He gave us a brilliant map of Florence with tonnes of info on places to eat and explore. He gave us a quick apartment tour and left us to it. His apartment is really well located and maintained, a short walk from most of the main sights and from the train station.

This apartment was the highlight of our holiday as far as accommodation was concerned. It is a full two bed apartment with kitchen and living room, in a quiet block just outside Florence. It had all the facilities we required and more. Even Items like washing detergent for the washing machine were provided. In fact, it was a home from home. Very clean and the attention to detail by the owner, Luigi was incredible. He is a true Gentleman and the apartment reflected his sense of Italian style. The apartment is situated just outside Florence but only metres away from a tram stop which takes you directly into the city at a very small cost. There is plenty of secure parking at the rear of the building where we parked our motorcycle and used the public transport.

A really comfortable house for 4 people. The aircon was fantastic. The bottles of water left in the fridge were a very welcome gift. The shower was comfortable The bed was spacious & comfortable. It was very quiet considering how close to the airport we were. The neighbourhood was quiet.

I highly recommend staying here! It's an absolutely fantastic apartment that's well-equipped, comfortable, and clean! The bus stop to the city center is just a short walk away, and there's also a nice pizzeria within walking distance if you don't want to head back into Florence in the evening, for example. Alice, Francesco and their father—the landlords—were absolutely fantastic! They live in the house and were always available and always very helpful with any concerns. Thanks again, especially for booking the taxi to the airport for our return flight! :) If we ever come back to Florence, we would book here again immediately! Highly recommended!

Exceptionally clean property. Larger than I expected with accommodation over two floors and even a little courtyard garden (which we didn’t use) Host met us at the property which was a nice touch and this meant everything went smoothly for us. Host was very helpful. We chose this property because it was walkable form the hire car drop off, and for proximity for the airport as we had a very early flight. It’s about 5 mins in a taxi away, but the areas was quiet overnight so we were well rested despite early start. Very nicely appointed kitchen

Very good location. There is a tram station nearby, so you can get to the railway station for 10 minutes and after that you can go to the centre on foot. There is a very nice pizzeria across the street. The rooms were very clean. We had a wonderful time.
