We had a very nice stay at the villa. The house was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Our host Dario was very kind and easy to communicate with – he even left us complimentary drinks and snacks, and kindly allowed us a late checkout, which we are very grateful for. The villa is well equipped with everything you might need.

Great communication with Lucy the host who was really flexible with check in. The house is wonderful and so surprising. Incredibly well equipped with lovely touches eg drinks in the fridge and little biscuits for us. Beds were very comfortable. The outside space is lovely. Lots of places to sit. Private parking. She really has thought of everything. Also near the wonderful beach of Fontane Bianchi. She hasn’t got many reviews at the moment but don’t let that put you off.

We loved everything - very comfortable villa, beautiful decor, lovely swimming pool and relaxing area outside, clean and very well kept property. Walking distance to the beach. The host was very kind and accommodating :) We very much enjoyed our stay! We highly recommend this villa!

Our stay was fantastic, the accommodation was very comfortable and homely, everything we needed and some sweet little touches making it feel like home. Our host was very helpful and the welcome from his in laws very warm and kind. Cettina even returned with two beautiful etched glass wine glasses for us to use. They couldn’t have been nicer. The place was spacious and very clean and only 200 metres from the sea !!

We have just come back for a 10 day stay in this beautiful villa. We had a wonderful time and the villa exceeded our expectations - the photos do not do it justice. It is extremely well-equipped, comfortable and has fantastic facilities. There are 3 levels: on the ground floor a beautiful swimming pool with ample sunbeds, a volley ball area, a pool table, table football and table tennis along with a dining table and comfortable seats, and even a fridge-freezer. Our 3 sons were amazed with this whole area. Then there is the lovely, clean, air-conditioned villa on the second level with 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big spacious lounge, the most well-equipped kitchen I have seen in a holiday villa and a terrace. And finally there is a wonderful roof terrace with a hot tub jacuzzi, a seating and dining area and beautiful sea views. If you can drag yourself away from the villa (not easy!) then the location is perfect for exploring the SouthEast of Sicily. Syracuse, Ortigia, Noto, Mt. Etna, Modica, Ragusa and the stunning beaches which are just minutes away. There are all the amenities you need very close by - friendly supermarket, snack bar and restaurants. If all of that is not enough then there are also the wonderful owners of the villa, Carmelo and Patrizia! They are so kind, warm, friendly, respectful and helpful - always ready to give advice and support (even arranging a hire car for us including collecting and dropping off at airport), directions and recommendations for local amenities, looking after the swimming pool, arranging taxis. We have stayed in many different holiday apartments, villas and hotels and have never felt so welcome and well looked after. I would highly recommend this villa and really hope to return one day soon.

Beautiful villa,marvelous garden and everything is clean and tidy.There was nothing we did not like about this place.The pool is a dream,a place where you can enjoy calm days but not far from sightseeing’s.A car is recommended though. The owner is very kind,fresh pastry waiting for us in the fridge and they gave us some nice tips for our stay where to eat ect..

A large house where our 7 occupants were all comfortable. Our elderly parents had a large room and bathroom on the ground floor which was excellent for them. Top floor room is so light and airy with a large terrace. Well equipped kitchen (tin foil, condiments, everything you would expect to find for picnics not found in other properties I have rented!), and a family size dining table, and a fantastic gas cooker, bliss. Outside space is easy to use and a very relaxing place to be. Easy private parking for 2 cars. The area has plenty of choice for supermarkets and splendid beaches. Our host, Gloria, simply could not have been more accommodating or available to us. She was an angel.

    We loved our stay at Villa Rosa. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped, with a lovely pool. Beautiful location within walking distance to beaches (sandy and rocky). The host was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. We would love to return one day.

    Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment, very spacious, located in a nice, safe and quiet part of the village. The apartment had all necessary amenities for a comfortable, home-like experience. The owner was very nice, she met all our requirements and beyond, she even allowed us to check in 6 hours earlier. The owner spoke very good English which is a big plus in this part of Italy.

    We had a wonderful time at Villa Urania. The pool, gardens and house were extremely clean and we found it the perfect place to relax with the bonus of a sea view from the top terrace. The location was excellent - a few minutes walk from a small cafe and mini market and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Nothing was too much hassle for our hosts - thank you!

    A well equipped villa for us, comfy and relaxing. Equipped with everything we needed to make our stay easy. We were the only guests staying so it was also very quiet and we had the pool to ourselves!

    Everything. Good location, the best prepared villa for guests, wine, beer, prosecco, coffee machine, base food, best jaccuzi. Walking distance to the shore sea for the morning coffee. Alexa, netflix, all.

    We stayed in Villa Cassiopea which is a complex of small bungalows, common area with a grill, seating and a pool. The apartment was super clean and it was furnished with everything we needed. It is brand new villa with modern equipment. Nothing was worn out. Dario (the host) and his family was super helpful and provided us with an early check-in and a late check-out. The neighbourhood was beautiful, full of nice villas and gardens. Very quiet area, yet close to the beach.
