A wonderfully set up place in a fantastic location! Every comfort was considered, going above and beyond to the typical accommodation of this nature! The breakfast was a really delicious add-on and had very generous portions for the two of us. Check in was an absolute breeze and will definitely look to stay here again if we find ourselves back in this area!

Perfect apartment!! ​This brand new apartment is located on a beautiful, historic street. The owner was incredibly accommodating and met us on very short notice at 8:00 PM to show us the place. It's very spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a large living room. The apartment has four air conditioning units and is fully equipped with everything a traveler could need. A great grocery store is also conveniently located nearby. ​We stayed for two nights with our child, and it was absolutely perfect for our family.

Our stay at Villa Gli Ulivi was just perfect. The location overlooking the lake was awesome. Our fatigue just disappeared as soon as we stepped onto the balcony of the living room. We had a big group of 13 people but the accommodation was sufficient. The kitchen had all the required kitchenware. The hosts were very friendly. They had even kept a bottle of wine for us as a welcome drink. If you want a peaceful, relaxed stay of 3-4 days near lake como, then this a very good place. The ferry point is 8-10 min walk by stairs and 20-25 minutes by road. Plus the town itself has such a beautiful lakefront with restaurants. Great stay. Would definitely come back if any trip materializes.

    Gorgeous villa, perfect for a family unit. Photos don’t do the villa justice. We loved being located in Griante as it is quieter than the busier Bellagio and Verenna but still a quick ferry ride over to see these towns for dinner / day trip. The small restaurants in Griante are a short walk away and super affordable with good Italian food 🙏

    Fabulous villa with everything you could want available. The 'secret' gate at the end of the garden through the church is worth knowing about as it makes getting to the little shop and the excellent local restaurants very easy. The terrace is lovely.
