Very spacious rooms, beautiful view, beautiful grounds, very clean and staff were truly amazing and accomadating. Almost like family. The area was wonderful, central and very relaxing. We enjoyed the breakfast in their beautiful garden. Away from city style hotels. Breakfast was amazing. I am celiac and they went out of their way to accomadate me with gluten free breakfast and dairy free breakfast.

We stayed at Villa Caruso for 4 nights with our family and had an unforgettable time. The villa is beautiful, very clean, and the view is absolutely stunning. Our kids loved the pool! Adriana, our host, was incredibly kind and helpful. On the first night, we had a pizza dinner at the villa – the pizzas were amazing and the atmosphere was great (Giovanni really is the best!). There’s a grocery store very close by, which made everything easy. We had a car, so we could explore the area easily and found some lovely beaches nearby. This was a fantastic holiday, and the villa and hospitality made it truly special. If you’re considering booking – don’t hesitate. Highly recommended!

The place is situated on a quiet neighbourhood, which is the greatest thing when you are on holiday. ☺️ The house is really clean, with a generous space and all amenities mentioned. Natalia, the host, she was really helpful with everything that we needed. We had a fantastic time there.

Villa Rosanna was absolutely wonderful! It is not a modern villa but it has all that you need for a cosy and stress free vacation - three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and livingroom and the best of all: two big balconys from where you can watch the sunset over the islands Ischia and Capri. Nearby is a minimarket and a nice restaurant. The host Mariano was amazing, he was really accomodating and helped us to plan our trips to Sorrento and Capri. I would absolutely recommend Villa Rosanna!

Breathtaking views of the Amalfi coast as soon as you walk into the house. The host Pino was the most accomodating and generous host I have ever come across. He was our go to man and was happy to answer any query we had from organising the most amazing private boat trip of the Amalfi coast to helping us work out the local bus schedule. He was even so kind to hire us traditional Italian three wheelers and transported us to and from the dock for our private boat tour, just so we could have an even more authentic Italian experience of the Amalfi Coast. The house is located in a small town called Termini which has absolutely everything you need. Amazing restaurants ranging in prices, friendly locals and of course amazing views of the coast from the centre of town. It honestly was one of the best holiday’s and I can’t wait to go back one day. Thank you Pino for everything, you went above and beyond!

AMAZING! It was nice to stay out of the busy area, the accomodation was breathtaking. The owners were so lovely and helpful too! Would definitely recommend although if you’re planning to stay here you must have a car.

We stayed at the villa for a week. It is located behind Massa Lubrense in a private area for several villas used for holidays/weekends . They have a common secured entrance and the area is fenced . Most of the villas were empty and we met just 3 people and maintenance people. We have been told that villas are mostly used only by owners and not for a rent. The area has a common large swimming pool with salty water which is located on a rock next to sea so you have also a private entrance to the sea. We were there alone all the times. It is rocky area so the sea is deep there around 3-4 meters. We enjoyed the morning sea for swimming with all the privacy .The villa is compact but you have everything for 2 people. A kitchen with living room, bed room, technical room and bathroom. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained, plenty of spaces for relaxing - terraces on each side of the building (3) plus one more on the roof. Many seats, beds, tables everywhere including BBQ area. The view was stunning, you can have a breakfast with a view on Capri in very silent area. I cannot forget our friends we have there - 2 nice and very friendly cats Chicco and Mimi , they make our stay even better. Pasquale was very attentive host, he waited for us in the village when we arrived and guided us directly to the villa. When we needed something he replied very quickly. The location was silent, exactly what we looked for on busy Amalfi coast. The location was good , just 10 mins drive to Sorrento, you can go on a boat to Capri directly from Massa if you hire a boat or share it with others. Otherwise there is a ferry from Sorrento to Capri, Positano. We hired a boat and it was an excellent choice. Thank you Pasquale for hosting us and we will come back! Tips: Sorrento parking - Parcheggio Stinga - safe and watched parking with enough space, 300m from downtown Restaurants Trattoria dei Mori in Sorrento Lo Stuzzichino in Sant Agata Riccardo in Massa Lubrense

    The service was very good. I could provide 5 stars for everything. But…. There was no private pool. We chooses different locations for our holiday, and chooses this villa to have a fine vacation with our friends. But this villa is sharing the pool with 3-6-8 villas. And you can’t have a good experience. So you couldn’t turn on music, can’t play with your kids in the pool and everything. And there is no information on booking about it. Our vacation was not fun because of it.

    from our first meeting with the host, through the wonderful pastries that were left at our door in the mornings, to the basket of goodies grown and produced at the family farm, and to the accommodations themselves, we had an outstanding experience here! The outside of the villa is beautifully designed and decorated, and the pool area provides a luxurious view of the ocean below. We loved the plantings and flowers, as well as the beautiful little fish. Pond and succulents planted into nooks on the trees.
