Highly recommend! New well-furnished apartment in a good locality of the city. The hosts were very kind and agreed to check me in around midnight, when I arrived late. The apartment itself is well stocked with everything you need, but arguably the most important feature is the air-conditioning, which worked incredibly well for the entire duration. The locality is decent, with supermarkets, a very good panineria, a bus stop and the Orleans station very close by.

We made a spontaneous stay for 2 weeks in these apartments in the summer of 2025 and were very pleased! The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-story house and includes a bedroom, living room, a cozy kitchen with a sea view, and a terrace with stunning views of the mountains and the sea. The interior is thoughtfully designed, with high-quality, brand-new renovations. The kitchen is fully equipped for proper cooking — which was especially important for us, as we were traveling with a child. The location is simply top: just 5 minutes on foot to the central beach along a quiet street filled with the scent of magnolias and firs, and 3 minutes to the main square, yet the apartment is in a peaceful corner where you can enjoy quiet and relaxation. Special thanks to the hosts — a wonderful, welcoming family who make every effort to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. All questions and requests were promptly addressed via WhatsApp, and cleaning was done at a convenient time for us. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We spent 7 days in Palermo for my work and chose this place because we liked the interior and the location seemed convenient. The location is indeed very central, only about a 5–7 minute walk to Teatro Massimo and Via Maqueda. The only thing to note is that you pass through the bazaar area when leaving the apartment, so it can be a bit crowded in the mornings. The area also felt fine in terms of safety; we didn’t experience or witness any incidents. The host, Gianni, is super helpful and responsive, whenever we had an issue, he did his best to solve it quickly. During our stay, we had two problems and he handled them right away. The apartment has air conditioning, which is a must in Palermo. Overall, for the price and location, I would say it’s worth it.
