    Very nice villas with one bedroom and living room with AC, kitchen with all you need, washing machine for laundry, patio in front and in the back , 10 min walk to the beach, very helpful and very nice host , free guided tour of one and a half hour to the Modica town.

    Everything was great. It is not the first time for us,and we came back. Apartament was clean with everything you need. It has a very nice terace with views to the sea, and a beautifull garden. You can park your car around the villa. The owner is very nice and helpfull. You can go with the car at the COOP supermarket which is close. The beach is close and is a very nice beach.

    It was the best time in Sicily, apartment is very clean and comfortable with amazing pool and terasse. It was directly at the pool. Apartment is located few steps from the see with sandly beach. The owner of the villa is very helpfull and friendly. Location of the apartment is at the walking distanse to Pozzallo center. Pozzallo is a very nice and compact city with a lot of restaurants. If you would like to visit Modica, Ragusa, Noto, Marzamemi is the best location to stay in Pozzallo in the Villa le Mimose.

    We were a group of 8 friends and we stayed in 2 of the villas. We enjoyed it a lot, it was a very pleasant stay (it looks even better than in the photos). The villas are decorated with good taste and there's everything you need for a 7-day stay (cutlery, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, coffee machine, even some Prosecco from Franco). The rooms are spacious and the location is super convenient (2 min pastry/coffee shop, 5 min beach with fine sand, 15 min from the city center).
