We liked here everything - location (4 min of the boat trip and you are next to main attractions of Venice), the sterile cleanness of the rooms, Breakfast facility, even the sofa bed had absolutely comfortable mattress!!!! We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful house in Venice! The home itself is stylish, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our visit. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful—showing us everything when we arrived, responding quickly to any questions, and even providing a detailed folder full of great information about what to do and see in Venice. We also really appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out: we were able to check in early, and on our last day, we could leave our bags after checkout and pick them up later, which was a huge help. The location is perfect—close to both the city center and the airport. There’s even a bus stop right next to the house with a direct line to Venice center and the airport, which made getting around super convenient. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this place—10/10!

Nice appartment , perfect for a couple. The appartment is big, new, quiet and clean with mosquito screens. Location is fantastic. When you arrive with the vaporetto, you open a “secret door” and leave behind all the noise and chaos of Venice. Many good and affordable restaurants close by, with view of Venice in the sunset. We will surely return to Giudecca and this appartment.

Very friendly reception by owner when we arrived, who picked us up from the Vaporetto boat-stop, and showing us around the apartment. Dog-friendly place. Conveniently located ... 10 minutes by boat to go to city center and 10 minutes by boat to the Lido beach to let the dogs run (in winter time).

I love this accomodation… peaple are super friendly, you can leave your luggage before/after check-in/-out (sooooo great!), the bed is super comfortable, rooms are clean, the location is wonderful (in between Peggy Guggenheim Museum and Accademia, each in 5min walking time), nice, safe and calm surrounding… and and and
