I want to share not just a review, but my immense gratitude for a wonderful time! These apartments exceeded all our expectations. Spacious, bright, very cozy, and truly furnished with soul. It has absolutely EVERYTHING for a comfortable family vacation: from a fully equipped kitchen (down to the smallest details like spices and coffee) to a washing machine, which is invaluable with children. Cleanliness, comfortable beds, modern appliances — we felt right at home. But the most important thing is not even the ideal conditions, but the people who create them. Special thanks to Mark — an incredibly responsive and kind host. He was always available, gave us lots of useful advice about the city, and helped with any questions we had. We were especially touched by the warm atmosphere created by his family. We were charmed by the kindness and care of Mark's mother, who welcomed us with such warmth, as if we were old friends. And his sister, the lovely Chiara, is such a sunny and positive person! It is clear that they have a very warm, friendly relationship, and this energy of kindness and hospitality is passed on to their guests. Thank you for sharing this warmth with us! We left feeling like we had stayed with good friends. We will definitely be back and will recommend your apartment to all our friends! Best wishes!

We had an excellent stay at this lovely house in Viareggio. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed, the cleanliness was spotless, and the communication with the host was outstanding. Very clean could not fault the owners. They thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom, comfortable extra blankets, etc. The bathroom was bright & cheerful Very tastefully decorated house.Lots of little extras. They made recycling easier by supplying bags, etc but still a pain organising the food waste, paper plastic glass etc We would be used to 3 bins only and a once a week collection. Father of the owner met us on arrival. He was very kind & most helpful. He left a calender& explained the recycling, showed us around the apartment, making sure we knew how things worked & where to find everything. He even left us an umbrella as it was raining, which was very useful during our stay. Very thoughtful.

It was a 10-minute walk to the train station, which, in case you want to travel and visit the closest cities, is the best timing ever. The street and this part of town were clean and safe for a group of young girls. Also, the house is 15-20 minutes from the beach. Nice cafeterias and shops are also really close to the house. The house was clean and beautiful, full of old furniture, which gave it an old Tuscan charm. The kitchen had all the supplies needed. Bathrooms were clean. We were really happy to stay at this house.
