The floor has just been polished. Basic amenities, clean towels, and kitchen utensils are provided by the residence. Amazing location! Was in a quiet area but just around the corner were a ton of restaurants and it was not far to central Kagoshima. The beds were super comfortable and it had a massive bathroom with a washing machine included. Was definitely large enough to fit our family of five.
