This is first time for us to stay at an old house in Japan. Any area of the house is very clean and we are surprised that such old house are well maintained and is kept alive till now. We are also able to enjoy in nature and rice fields located near y (1 min walk distance). Owner of the house happened to visit us and it was pleasure to hear the brief history of the house.

The food was traditional and amazing! The house was old and beautiful, we loved its charm and the location is stunning. The amenities provided were great and the forest/seaside was georgeous! We will be back! We also loved that there was no TV! The internet was great.
