This house was modern and clean. The house was a 10-minute drive to several beaches, siteseeing locations, restaurants, and a convenience store. The pool was a great retreat following the hot days. The host was very responsive to our questions, with exceptional customer service. Highly recommended staying at this property.

The place is amazing. The first thing I liked when we came to the place was the owner's attention. We came very late, it was dark already, we were tired and very hot when we reached the house, the lights were turned on, we didn't have any problems with parking, finding the key and opening the house. When we entered the living the air conditioner was on it was very cool, thank you sooo much for keeping the air conditioner on. The house is new, all kitchen and other home appliances are very good and convenient. The house is spacious, nice living, room, a wonderful yard, and a barbecue place. Next time I go there I will bring my pet, he will definitely be happy to run in the yard. The beach is close and nice, the sunrise is breathtaking, just 10 minutes rides there is big Aeon shop, no need to bring food with you. The nature, with forest is very good, we thought Totoro is leaving next to us. I felt the best hospitality ever when I rent the house.

Excellent communication, ease of access, fully equipped kitchen includingnice touches like ice already made, as well as foil & saran wrap, stunning views, lovely bath with views and great water pressure, a/c throughout. This is a really cute cabin to rent if you want to do BBQ and go to the beach. There is a fire pit, BBQ area, great kitchen, and plenty of beds so you can bring a group. We especially enjoyed Irita beach, a short drive away, but there is another beach about 1km away for people who prefer to walk. I hope to visit again. The cabin is made of natural wood and has a cozy feeling. There are board games, a stereo, a nice shower, and laundry. Everything is set up nicely so you can enjoy your time in Shimoda. Plus the staff recommended the Aoki grocery store with the best food so we could make a nice meal.

    The location is not far from the center, is uphill and was a bit difficult to find the driveway, but it is a nice place with a nice view. The villa is clean, the bathroom has a beautiful view especially at the sunset. BBQ is allowed, rooms are cozy.
