The house is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The owner personally drove us back to the station and was super friendly and hospitable. Would really recommend this place for anyone staying around here in Nachikatsuura. Bonus points for having a family mart right next door.

I really enjoyed my staying here. Unfortunetly just one night and alone. This is a perfect place to spend at least some days in a group. I hope I have the chance to do this one day. The house is mainly home made but everything you need is there. The host even left me some snacks and small food for the night. I enjoyed the silence of the morning and I have slept like a baby. Even if it's not the clean fancy place some people may search, in my opinion for a Kumano Kodo hiker this is the place to be! Countryside mountain Japan vibes! Thank you a lot for it!
