Loved our stay. The apartment was beautiful incorporating many features of a traditional Japanese house and very spacious for our family of 3. The bath tub overlooking the small garden was beautifully designed and a highlight of the property. The coffee shop (and reception) next door was also fantastic! The property was close to Fushimi Inari Shrine and train station which allowed easy travel to the city and the Gion district. Great communication and seamless check in and check out. Very clean. We stayed in another house in the apartment block and checked into this one later during the week of our stay in Kyoto (couldn’t book the full 5 days in either apartment as they were full). The transition across was seamless and the staff super helpful. The booklet in the house outlining how to use appliances and essential tips (train station, restaurants and convenience stores) was also very helpful. Washing machine and laundry liquid was soooo welcome!!!! Very happy with our stay.

Loved the the traditional set up! I was also happily surprised that there was a TV with Netflix! (fireTV Stick I think). We only stayed for 1 night, but Yuki was super accommodating and made our experience very welcoming and comfortable! She was quite incredible in her communication as well!
