We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Yakushima. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for exploring the island. The house itself was spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly and offering helpful advice for enjoying Yakushima to the fullest. This was truly a perfect experience — 10/10. It was a great pleasure to stay at the place. The barbecue option is a find! It made our stay unforgettable. The beds were very comfortable, house is spotless, kitchen is functional. The owner of the hotel was very hospitable. Ecquiped with Google translator and brought me late at night to grocery shop! Such a lovely plave in the nature. Recommended!!

This is perfectly positioned for the deep sea onsen. There was special towels to use for the onsen and we were very pleased with this. The kitchen was well equipped, great space to relax at gather around the table. Very neat and traditional Japanese with a modern touch.
