Very Spacious living room with 2 Kitchens. Massive House with 5 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. Drinking Water supplied to the dispenser. Owner & Care taker answer the calls and provide all the necessary things. Bedding changed on request for long stay. Easy access to small food shops. walking distance to glossary shops. Very Clean property. Massive front garden to play Badminton, cricket and football with Kids. Badminton NET, rackets, bat, ball and wickets...etc.. available. Washing machine and Iron board also available. TV with Prime Video & Premium You Tube(Add free). Fast Wi-Fi access to our phones and laptops... Overall excellent. Installed with CCTV and can monitor form Ground Floor and Upstairs monitor in the hallway. Very Safe place.

We discovered Teal Villa online two days before our departure for Sri Lanka and made a last minute decision to change our booking. Sherden made immediate contact and kept in close touch on our very late arrival into Colombo. He was there past midnight to greet us and show us around the property. What a wonderful find this property is. It’s a chance for a group of up to 8 to stay in a charming, beautifully furnished house with creeping bougainvillea, delightful private courtyards, and a lovely wrought iron bannistered-spiral staircase. The house is spacious, bright and clean, and has plenty of seating areas for people to find a quiet corner. Also, there is a billiards table at the top floor. There are air-cons and fans in every room, mosquito nets over the beds and every room has an en-suite bathroom so no need to share. Would come again in a heartbeat. Wonderful hospitality.

The residence is very much worth every cent and the location is close to the main city area, hospitals and other shopping areas as well. However, the best part of our stay was the caretaker that came with the residence, Chandhra. Chandhra was helpful in every way possible, by getting us groceries and other goods that we needed on a day-to-day basis and also by communicating with the local taxi drivers and food delivery people when they needed directions to the residence. He kept the house spotless and was always at the door with a welcoming smile when we returned tired after a day of shopping, etc. He offered to cook us meals (local dishes) multiple times as well. Few people are as kind-hearted, caring, and honest as Chandhra and I am extremely grateful that he was there for me and my family. He made us all feel comfortable and safe as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Ama Homestay! The hosts are truly lovely people - very kind, welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed. We had an entire floor with two bedrooms with AC, bathroom, a complete kitchen and a living room, which made out stay very comfortable and homely. Everithing was clean, spacious and well maintained. The atmosphere is warm and safe and we felt completely at home, as part of the family. If we return to Colombo, we definitely come back here. Highly recomended for anyone looking for a friendly and cozy place to stay. .

This was our first stop after a long flight. The beds were comfy and the Villa felt like home. The caretaker was wonderful and cooked a great breakfast for us in the morning. Tucked away from the main street meant it was quiet, which was nice. Great food options just a short walk away

    We had a great stay at Angam Villas! Was a calm and relaxing place away from the madness of the city! It felt like a little oasis. We loved the pool and the bed was super comfy and a tv for evening Netflix watching. We really enjoyed our hosts too, the owner was very friendly and really helpful and kind. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
