A quiet little hotel away from the hustle and bustle, lovely clean little pool. Two rooms and two villas (I stayed in the villa and it's spacious, clean and very comfortable). Fully equipped kitchen, brand new AC...small balcony but there's ample room under the pagoda next to the pool to hang out. The background tunes are nature.. Beautiful bird life, water Buffalo's it's so peaceful... The owner is in contact whenever required and the young lad looking after the premises is a nice lad. 15 min walk to the bus stop if you don't have wheels. Fabulous place.

Everything was perfect! The property was spotlessly clean and the food was amazing. Amazing pool and located right on an awesome beach. We almost had the beach to ourselves. The staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. We chose the bed and breakfast option which was great and we loved the idea that we were able to choose a different breakfast each morning from the menu which wasn't a buffet. We ate at the property every night but one. The seafood platter with lobster was incredible! Everything was very well priced. Would totally recommend a visit.

We had a stay of one night after our stay at the other villa of Shameera. Also this Villa is a great place to be, really fantastic. Once again, the host Shameera is a wonderful guy. He is so kind and polite, he helped with everything. eg giving some really good hints, what to do and what kind of activities are good to join. It was our pleasure to stay in this Villa also and also to meet such a great person like Shameera. Thank you for everything, you have done for us. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Sri Lankan charm. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail in every corner of the villa really shows the care and love the hosts have put into creating such a serene haven. One of the highlights of this villa is its proximity to the beach. The beach is literally just a stone's throw away – a short walk down a lush, tropical path. The beach is pristine and peaceful, with clear waters and soft, golden sand. It felt like having a private slice of paradise, and I spent hours enjoying the sun, swimming in the warm Indian Ocean, and simply relaxing by the shore. The fact that the beach is so close made it incredibly easy to pop out and enjoy the beauty of the coast whenever I wanted. However, what truly made my stay special was the hospitality. The host and their family were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed, offering insightful recommendations for local attractions, arranging transport, and even preparing delicious traditional meals that felt like home-cooked delights. They treated me not just as a guest, but like part of their family, which made all the difference in my experience. The place is very nice and cozy, the bathroom was experince :) the host made us tasty and very big breakfast including fruit, pancakes and drinks! The garden is very beautiful and quiet. We recommend the place for šaty as we loved it
