House is only about 15min by bus from the city center, place is calm and there is a lot of birds around. The owner helped us when my fiance was sick, great hospitality :) Breakfast is good with beautiful view on the river below house. During our 3 weeks trip in Sri Lanka that was the only one room with fridge and iron inside!

Ok, if you are a self-driver and you have to arrive at night at the hotel the road is very, let's say interesting 🤔🙂 But when you get there it is paradise. Best rooms, best food, best breakfast, not only nice and polite employees but as well very professional. We have been in many hotels. This was for sure one of the top 3 in Sri Lanka. Overall I think it was our favourite hotel during all stay off the coast. Thanks for everything.

We had a wonderful stay, next time we stay a bit longer to enjoy all the fancy facilities of the property. Chaminda is a really lovely host, his communication is fantastic, sent lots of information before we checked in and was always on hand with help and recommendations from the moment we arrived in Sri Lanka, even helped organize taxis and restaurant recommendations before we even arrived in Kandy, we could not ask for more from a host. The villa is beautiful, with a green garden area with an open terrace and lounge. Among the facilities at this property are fully equipped kitchen facilities and guests can enjoy their own cooking free Wi-Fi throughout the property. If you are in Kandy and want a peaceful out of town stay, this villa is for you 👌

The property owner Shawn is an excellent guy who guide me through the process since, I made the booking. He went out of the way to personally help me with whatever I needed to stay as comfortable as my own home. He has two lovely boys with pure lovely souls who keeps the place alive.The villa situated with a beautiful green sorounding with a great view of the Kandy mountains.so many colourful little birds withing the vicinity. Also Want to Thank Shawn for giving me the feel of home during my stay. Highly recommended for those who admire nature, peaceful stay with a great host.

The house was located in the first floor of the villa. It was huge and very spacious. The house had all the essential facilities for a comfortable stay. The location is about 20 minutes drive from city center, yet we loved the serenity of the place. Short walk to the main road, with a supermarket barely 200 metres away and lots of fruits and vegetable vendors nearby. The house felt very safe and we loved the privacy we enjoyed. The manager of the villa Mr. Saman was super friendly and always available for any assistance. Overall it was an amazing stay and we loved it so much. Highly recommended!
