Amazing location with an amazing host. The house is a short tuk tuk ride away from all the shops you would need. Even though we checked in late and in the dark (due to power cut),the host was understanding and helpful, so much so he helped us get our necessities out of his own pocket, which we paid back immediately. The rooms are big with comfy beds and clean bedding. This would be our B&B in Colombo always.

All good! Chananda is very friendly and the atmosphere is calm. Big comfortable room with a balcony, excellent shower, comfy big bed and the internet was fast! Location is perfect. Away from the busy Galle Road but close enough to get great food.

From the minute we arrived the staff were attentive and interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible, especially I think as we were in our 70's, nothing was too much trouble, very professional. Breakfast was excellent. The Manager went out of his way to show us to a nearby very good restaurant, The Embassy. I can't remember the last time I stayed in a Colombo hotel which provided facecloths, along with a bath tub, it was a real treat! The pool was extremely clean. The neighbourhood very quiet making it a peaceful two night holiday. We will be back next time we have to go to Colombo for sure.

Owner & Care taker answer the calls and provide all the necessary things. Bedding changed on request for long stay. Easy access to small food shops. walking distance to glossary shops. Very Clean property. Massive front garden to play Badminton, cricket and football with Kids. Badminton NET, rackets, bat, ball and wickets...etc.. available. Washing machine and Iron board also available. TV with Prime Video & Premium You Tube(Add free). Fast Wi-Fi access to our phones and laptops... Overall excellent. Installed with CCTV and can monitor form Ground Floor and Upstairs monitor in the hallway. Very Safe place.

The location was absolutely so serene and beautiful ❤️ The property was surrounded by tall trees and the lake that made it so lovely to have your morning coffe on the balcony. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. So worth the price you pay and the property is well maintained.

At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.

    I had a wonderful stay at Sithila Villa. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The host and family was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and was on time.
