I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was amazing, offering both comfort and charm. The food was exceptional, with every meal feeling like a special treat. You will be lost in the forest after 15 minutes drive from Kandy. You will see the mountains, you will hear the birds when you wake up. The hotel provided an extra bad for our daughter - nice. The ambience and welcome were in colonial tradition. We had the 7 course dinner which was good after a relaxing day at the pool. Women in traditional dresses were collecting tea leaves from a small tea plantation in front of our chalet.

Family owned property .Sao the daughter was incredibly helpful in arranging train ,tuk tuk .anything we needed .Impeccably clean !! Bed Very comfy .Amazing views .! Amongst nature .monkeys ,birds .squirrels .The walk downhill was lovely ,chatting with the locals .Best to get tuk tuk back up .200 sl .Easy walk along the lake into town ,a fav place for the local people to stroll .Felt like home from home ! IT has to be the best place in Kandy .We loved it !!! Thank you Sao and family for taking care of us during our stay ❤️ .Hope we can return one day !

I enjoyed a lot staying at City Breeze Residence. The hosting family is very helpful, and they made the best jackfruit curry I've ever had! The room was tidy, and located in a peaceful area outside of the hustle and bustle. I enjoyed sitting in the balcony and watch the sunrise from my room!
