The villa is perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility. After a 10-day tour around Sri Lanka, we came here to unwind and recharge. I spent a long time searching for a place that would meet all our expectations, and I’m so happy that I found this villa. The villa is well-designed, spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. Throughout our stay, the caretaker, Suba, took great care of us, and Dushante prepared delicious meals. We also used the laundry service once, which was very convenient. Thanks to these two gentlemen, we truly had an amazing experience. Each day, we planned what we wanted to eat, and our wonderful hosts took care of all the shopping and meal preparation. Dushante even took us to Rekawa Beach, where we had the unforgettable experience of watching turtles at night. The villa is located directly on a stunning, long, and clean beach. The ocean here is wild, and the waves are not suitable for small children. The surroundings are quiet, with only local fishermen nearby. One thing worth mentioning is that many of the villa's fantastic perks were not listed on Booking.com, which is a shame. I highly recommend adding all the small details to the description, as it would create an even better impression (e.g., on-demand meal preparation, laundry service, transportation to the nearest town, assistance with organizing trips, a first-aid kit, etc.). We had an incredible time here, and even though we rarely return to the same place twice, we definitely have to come back to this one!

It is a laidback property with two wooden bungalows next to each other, both facing the woods. There is a small veranda to chill and one can use host's kitchen. Though kind of you need a scooter as the property is quiet far away from the beach, the town and food stores. Overall the best stay so far in Sri Lanka for us.

I have known the Owner for years now - he is the one that also owes Igabara Hobbit House, that I really love and visited always with pleaure and co fodence about five-star services. The villa is as wonderful as hobbit houses, but has a very different vibe: in houses you can feel as a very expected part of tje family and a piece of Mother Earth - in villa ypu feel like a king 😁.

We felt very welcomed from the point of arrival. The mattresses were all perfect and super comfy, as well as having all the spaces very clean. I enjoyed every moment when I was at the property, I’m just sad that I didn’t get to stay longer!

Our family truly enjoyed this villa and its peaceful location. The owner was incredibly helpful upon our arrival, assisting with food and scooter rentals. It's a short five-minute walk to a beautiful beach, perfect for turtle sightings. The villa features a cozy terrace and a convenient kitchen with a fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. For pool access, guests can enjoy lunch at the nearby Eagle Nest Cabanas and use their pool for free. We also recommend visiting Mangrove Beach for its natural pool and ocean swimming.

Absolutely stunning villa just on a beach with huge swimming pool and amazing garden. Very friendly and helpful staff, they can help with you with everything- from renting a scooter to some restaurant recommendations. Great place for relax, highly recommend

If Sri Lanka is the pearl of the Indian Ocean, then Giri Villa is like an painite - world's rarest gemstone. Giri Villa has a breathtaking design, an unrepeatable view, it’s super clean and has excellent air conditioning. The fridge was very useful. I really liked the bathroom and the shower. In fact, I liked everything - more than a lot! Peacocks walked in the garden every morning. Monkeys also jumped in the trees. I could easily get lost in thought while sunbathing and watching them. The pool is clean, warm and pleasant. The host is very kind-hearted, honest and welcoming. I have never stayed in a better holiday home. Therefore, after making a circle around Sri Lanka, I’ll return again to spend the last days of my vacation here! Thank you from all my heart!

    The villa and pool is stunning with great view of ocean. There is a cook and housekeeper available. We took them food shopping and they cooked us the most amazing Sri Lanka seafood curry's and breakfast.

    Lovely villa with spacious bedrooms and a nice living room and terrace facing the pool and the garden. Very convenient with kids. The beach is almost all yours and pretty but the waves are huge so young kids cannot swim by themselves. Location is remote which is good and bad (beautiful nature but a bit far away from places to visit - except Udawalawe Park and Mulkirigala temple which are easy to reach and both amazing to visit). Philip and Dushantha are very nice and were adorable with the kids.
