Wonderful, spacious and modern house with a big garden. Located in very centre of a small and quiet town, minutes from train and bus station - yet still felt like in the middle of nowhere. Great opportunity to wind down after a hectic working week, many scenic walking routes nearby as well as other little towns and villages full of character starting from just 20 min drive from the house. Netflix is available as a nice evening ‘entertainment’ after a day spent outdoors. Property had no bath, but big shower room instead. Everything looked just like on pictures on Booking.com, but you won’t realise how big is the house until you see it for yourself. Second floor was locked up as it’s being renovated, however, there’s more than enough space for more than 2 people on first floor. Host Indra was very kind and helpful, could contact her any time with any questions. There’s railway very close to this house, but could barely hear any trains.

We had the most enchanting stay at this charming house, which is truly a hidden gem nestled in nature. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of the riverfront location, offering a peaceful retreat that feels like a world away, yet is conveniently close to different restaurants and shops, just a short 10-minute walk away. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We were delighted to find a generous array of gifts waiting for us, including fresh fruits from their garden, an assortment of delicious breakfast items, and a lovely selection of teas and coffee. These thoughtful touches made us feel so welcome and appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was the opportunity to use their private little boat. Rowing on the river and watching the sunset was simply magical.
