Beautiful place, very comfortable and clean. In the apartment you have everything you need, even a PlayStation 5. Excellent traditional breakfast with outstanding homemade blueberry juice. The hosts are very nice and welcoming.

Absolutely magical stay at Kota 1120! 🌲✨ This place is a hidden gem in the heart of nature, the house is spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed with so much attention to detail. We felt instantly at home. What truly blew us away was the nature. The air is unbelievably fresh, the views are breathtaking, and the peaceful surroundings are the perfect escape from city life. Waking up to the sound of birds and a view of the mountains was priceless.

We had a delightful 2 night stay. The cottage was perfect for waiting out a rainy day. It had everything we needed. And was so cosy with the fire. Svetlana was the most lovely and helpful host. We had great food including vegetables and eggs from their garden and homemade cured meat and cheese. Svetlana was so sweet and it was so nice to get to know her. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

I decided to accompany my husband on his fishing trip that Boris organized. While the boys were busy fishing, I had a great time myself just relaxing in the cottage, reading books, taking short walks, and soaking in the beauty of the landscape and breathing fresh mountain air. The accommodation is new, clean, quiet, and authetic. Breakfast was freshly made by Boris’ wife, Nevena. Yummy. Others mentioned a small kitchen, but no need for the bigger one since Nevena can prepare a breakfast on demand, plus Boris is building a big outside kitchen. Overall, we loved it so much that we decided to stay one more day. Thank you, Boris and Nevena, for your warm welcome and hospitality. We are looking forward to visiting you next summer, but for longer. Forgot to mention, this place is heaven for all members of the family, and in the vineyard there are so many things to do: from fly fishing to hiking in national parks and swimming in lakes, from day trips to Durmitor and ski resorts to day seaside visits, too.

    This home is as stylish and fancy as on photos, it has everything inside, every corner of this place was perfect. We also tried breakfast from the host, they have the whole restaurant for their guests and the breakfast was delicious and supplied with local production. It is not far away from Kolashin, and even in this village there are some places to discover and enjoy. We wished we stayed here longer, the bungalow and hosts kindness were a total match.
