The place is calm and peaceful. If you are looking for a place to slow down without the typical touristic noise and stuff than go for the villas. You can experience the beautiful nature. It felt like a private stay as there are just a few other villas there. The infinity pool and the whole compound are great. Eddy, the host, was formidable. The hammock on the balcony is a great touch for the evenings. Lovely shared pool area. Not too many people staying in the villas so feels small and personal. The atmosphere is serene and nerves calming, essential elements for making a Langkawi holiday experience complete. The staff are very gentle, polite and helpful. Our little kitchenette is well equipped for making small meals but the local food at the nearby warungs and markets are must-try. The pasar malam (night market) at Ulu Melaka Market every Monday is a great choice for stocking up food in our unit's refrigerator for 3 days.
